DELIVERY OF WORK Directly to Sandgate Town Hall Thursday 18th October STRICTLY between 12 noon and 3pm PICKUP OF WORK From Sandgate Town Hall Sunday 21st October STRICTLY between 2pm and 3pm Any work not collected at this time will incur a retrieval fee. 2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY For all entries: 1. Entries must be of an exhibition standard 2. All works entered must be the artist s own original work 3. Previously awarded entries from other exhibitions will not be accepted 4. Work must be labelled with artist s Name, & 5. All works entered must be offered for sale 6. A 25% commission will be retained by Shorncliffe Sandgate PCYC on each item sold 7. Insurance must be carried by the exhibitor, if required 8. No responsibility for breakages will be accepted by Shorncliffe Sandgate PCYC 9. An artist statement and/or business cards may be provided & will be displayed with the work 10. Works will be set up by the exhibition committee only 11. The Judges decision is final & no discussion will be entered into 12. Judges are not to be approached by exhibitors whilst judging is taking place 13. Prizes will be awarded for 1st place in each category with other works recognised dependent on sponsorship 14. Delivery of work to be Thursday 18th. October STRICTLY from 12 noon 3.00pm direct to Sandgate Town Hall 15. Pickup of work will be Sunday 21st. October STRICTLY from 2.00pm 3.00pm from Sandgate Town Hall. Any work not collected at this time will incur a retrieval fee. 16. All entries must be submitted by Friday 5th October with entry fee cheque or credit card details For 2D entries: D size limitation is 1m sq. per entry because of limited hanging space D works are limited to 2 pieces because of limited hanging space D works must be ready to hang with D rings or wire attached For 3D entries: D works must be able to be carried manually (up to 20 kg max.) & assembled by one person For Art under $30: 21. Art under $30 pieces will not appear in the catalogue & will not be judged for prizes. There is a seperate section in the entry form for these items. 5 ARTIST ENTRY FORM ART UNDER $30 - CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. To enter the Under $30 section, you must have an entry in the exhibition 2. Items in this section will not be eligible for judging nor appear in the catalogue 3. There will be no charge for entries in this section, however Shorncliffe Potters will retain 25% commission on all sales 4. The number of pieces displayed by each person will depend on available space on the table, as some are sold we can put other pieces out to replace them as pieces can be taken straight away at time of purchase. 5. All entries to be clearly named & priced on the piece unlabelled pieces will not be accepted.
