11 How can we avoid being Unteachable? Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from evil. Proverbs 3:7 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But a wise man is he who listens to counsel. Proverbs 12:15 The naive believes everything, But the sensible man considers his steps. Proverbs 14:15 Fear the Lord, seek out counsel, be sensible and consider your steps

13 The Fool is Reckless Fools mock at sin, But among the upright there is good will. Proverbs 14:9 A wise man is cautious and turns away from evil, But a fool is arrogant and careless. Proverbs 14:16 A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of evil devices is hated. Proverbs 14:17

16 How can we avoid being reckless? Every prudent man acts with knowledge, But a fool displays folly. Proverbs 13:16 The prudent sees the evil and hides himself, But the naive go on, and are punished for it. Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man sees evil and hides himself, The naive proceed and pay the penalty. Proverbs 27:12

18 The Fool is Self-destructive For the waywardness of the naive will kill them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them. Proverbs 1:32 The wise woman builds her house, But the foolish tears it down with her own hands.
