1 Package 8P41 4-Pair Howell (24 boards) This package was prepared by Richard Pavlicek to facilitate the running of a two-table pair game. The movement consists of six rounds of four boards each, with each pair meeting each other twice. Comparisons are exactly balanced for all pairs. The package includes: Traveling Scores 6 pages. Cut each page exactly in half horizontally and vertically to produce four score slips per page. Each slip travels with the corresponding duplicate board to record results. Private Scores and Guide Cards 8 pages. Make one cut exactly 8 inches from the left side of each page to produce a standard-sized private score card and a movement guide card, customized for each player. Master Sheet 1 page. A complete overview of the movement. Recap Sheet 1 page. A tally sheet to enter results. These sheets may not be sold or used commercially. Copyright 2001 Richard Pavlicek. All rights reserved.

16 4-Pair Howell Master Sheet Round Table 1 Table 2 Notes: As with any two-table duplicate game, the boards are relayed between tables. For example, on Round 1 place Boards 1-2 on Table 1, and Boards 3-4 on Table 2. When each table completes its two boards, they are swapped with the boards from the other table so that each table plays all four boards. Optionally, you can set up a transfer stand at a convenient location between the tables; then each table puts its completed boards on the transfer stand and retrieves unplayed boards from the same place.
