2 Tutorial: Christmas gift earrings Created by Ellad2 This Tutorial will show you step by step how to make these wonderful earrings. Material you need: - Miyuki Seed beads 11/0 4202, Duracoat gold about 1 gr (sb11) - Miyuki seed beads 8/0, 0191F, Matte 24k gold plated, about 2-3 gr (sb8) - Miyuki seed beads 15/0, 24k gold plated, less then 1gr (sb15) - Swarovski bicones 3mm, amethyst, 12 pcs - Swarovski rivoli 14mm golden shadow 2 pcs - Czech glass pear beads (or what ever you have) 9x6mm, amethyst, 2 pcs - Ear wires (I bought mine in Etsy shop Beadsmaker - FireLine 0.06 or gold Nymo thread - Needle size 12 or even better Tulip needle 11 Step 1: - String 24 sb11 - Pass through all beads once again (keep the tail with your fingers) and pass through the next two beads. Pull the thread tight. 2

3 Step 2: - Pick up 2sb8 and pass back through 2sb11 and pass through the next 2sb11 - And again, pick up 2sb8, pass back through 2sb11 and pass through the next 2sb11 Repeat this all around the circle. And you should get this. - Pass through all sb8 s pulling the thread tight. Continues on the next page 3

4 Step 2 continues - Put the rivoli in the middle of your work. Step 3 - Pick up 2sb11 and pass back through 2sb8 and pass through the next 2sb8. Pull the thread tight. - Pick up 2sb8 and pass back through 2sb8 and pass through the next 2sb8. Pull the thread tight. Repeat these steps all around. Finished. - Pass through all beads from this row once again pulling the thread tight. 4

5 Step 4 - In this row, between 2sb8 s you should put 1sb15/bicone 3mm/1sb15 all around. Finished. Step 5: - Between 2sb8 s you should put 3sb15 s all around. 5

6 Step 6 - Pass down in the previous row, behind the bicone. - Pick up 2sb8, pass back through 2sb8 and pass through the next 4 sb8 s You are again behind the bicone - Pick up 2sb8, pass back through 2sb8 and pass through the next 4 sb8 s etc. Repeat this step all around. Finished. 6

12 Step 9 Ear wire - Pass through the 10 sb8 s from the first row So, you are in the middle - Pick up 3sb15, ear wire, 3sb15 and pass back through 2sb8 s. - Pass once or twice more through the beads and ear wire to make the connection stronger. Finish your work. One earring is finished, make the second one! 12
