2 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS FRAME CONSTRUCTION Interior frame is constructed of plywood with tenon joints that are glued and screwed for maximum joint stability Seat joints are supported by corner blocks Non-marring nylon glides SEAT CONSTRUCTION Seat cushion is removable and features 5" of high grade polyurethane foam, which is custom shaped and fabricated and placed on high tension strip webbing Seat cushion is secured with fastener clips on 2 and 3 seat lounge models BACK CONSTRUCTION 2½" of high grade polyurethane foam, which is custom shaped and stretched over web sheet and attached to frame ARM CONSTRUCTION Armrest frames are wrapped with 1" of high grade polyurethane foam UPHOLSTERY DETAIL Available with contrasting fabric or contrasting piping Welt cord framing referred to as piping Tufted models available and feature 9 16 round buttons FINISH A catalyzed top coat resists denting, peeling, and reactions to chemicals Can be cleaned with a damp cloth WOOD SPECIES Exposed wood base is constructed from soft maple All Monterrey models may be ordered to meet TB133 fire code.
