2 Who we are? Non-profit mixed-ownership civil association, with a private character and own capital; organized within both the Colombian legal framework provided by the political Constitution, and the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) applicable regulations

3 Our mission As part of the Colombian National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI) we are committed to the production of knowledge and indicators about the tendencies of the STI system in order to support decision and policy making processes.

4 What do we do? We provide services related to the design, production, integration, interpretation and diffusion of indicators and statistics related to Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) dynamics, as well as guidance and evaluation of the policies of all SNCTI actors.

5 How do we do it? Through the implementation of projects focused in Measurement, Analysis and Characterization Production and implementation of core indicators Methodological design for data collection STI Diagnosis Characterization and standardization in STI Analysis of Programs aimed towards STI improvements Evaluation of STI projects Research projects
