The Group includes: Nash Engineering FZCO was established in the year 2005 with manpower of some 350 in Jebel Ali Free Zone on an area of 50,000 sq. mtrs. and has since been hailed as a leader in the manufacture and supply of steel products including Stainless Steel, Complete Engineering Design Facility and other new range of engineering services. Even as Nash Engineering is the third fabrication unit of the Group, it is the largest, embodying three decades of know-how and skill. Coupled with superior infrastructure is a workforce that is highly qualified, skilled and competent. Nash has grown in stature to be called the flagship company of the Group. Yet another advantage is its proximity to the Jebel Ali Port, Nash Engineering has been successfully exporting its products to Europe, Africa, Asia and Far Eastern nations. 2

Our experience covers a wide range of industrial projects including clad & coded Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Separators, Pressure Piping, Field Storage Tank, Fuel Storage Tank, Skid Packages, Heavy and Auxiliary steel structure with international quality standard. Our projected annual fabrication capacity is approximately 25,000 tons. SALIENT FEATURES OF OUR HSE MANAGEMENT Our objectives for continual improvement shall be: Adherence to Health & Safety Environment Management System is the first and foremost responsibility of the employees of Nash Engineering FZCO The Policy and Objectives of HSE Management System is defined by the Top Management and is driven down to the workforce. The HSE department ensures the system implementation at different levels in the organization and it is in line with the identified requirements. All new employees are given complete induction training on their HSE roles and responsibilities for job related training is identified based on the competency skill tests of individual employees. Employees are sent for all external training by the Approved Third Party Agency by EHS. In-house training is organised with external training providers for the Managerial Staff on various HSE topics. HSE Key performance indicators are identified at different levels and continuous monitoring on the same is carried out. Resource conservation & monitoring on the environmental performance is continuous to ensure compliance with the requirements. Personal Protective Equipment is provided to all employees and strict adherence to the same is initiated. Inputs contributed by the employees on the organisational growth and proactive approach in terms of HSE are suitably rewarded by the Top Management to ensure a positive HSE culture and continual improvement. 5
