Growing Mold on Bread Experiment(a type of fungi) Take two slices of bread and place each slice in a zip lock bag. In one bag, add a couple of drops of water, seal the bag. Leave the other bag dry. Students observe and investigate if mold will grow best with or without moisture. Students can record their observation in a science journal.
