2 About Organization D.M. (Durga Madhur) Educational Santhans, is registered as a not-for-profit society in Azamgarh, U.P., India, & founded in July 2013 by Dr. Ajay K. Srivastava (Ph.D. in Experimental High-Energy Physics from Delhi University, India, Post-Doctoral fellowship from University of Hamburg, Germany at DESY premises, Hamburg, Germany and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, worked as a senior scientist at American FEI Company, Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and as a resident fellow at IMEC, Leuven, Belgium- Linkeldin Profile: he is a recognized international scientist on the radiation hard silicon detector development for the different applications. The following institutions are working under the umbrella of the D.M. Educational institute, an ISO 9001:2008 certified (DMEI) including with D.M. (Durga Madhur) Educational Santhans; I. Centre for Education and Technology- Asian International Skill Development Institute (CET- AIMI), II. III. Centre for Radiation Hard Detector Research Institute (CRHDRI), DM International School (DMIS), driven by new innovations, international ideas, and opportunities for the bright student to make his career in the research institute, academia, and industry. Meanwhile this seasoned team has grown to a team of nine peoples, & our executive committee (IIT, IIM, MD, CEO, Project Manager of the company, senior scientist from Indian and international laboratories). This team, their technology innovations, strategic collaborations with the Asian, European, UK, USA institutions/universities, and industry create a state-of-the art infrastructure, positioning DMEI perfectly to successfully undertake the most demanding challenges of the World. Brief description of the institute Centre for Education and Technology- Asian International Skill Development Institute (CET-AIMI) Currently, India is facing challenges to develop skilled professionals to fill the existing skills gap in the country. The overall skills gap in the country is estimated at over 10 million per year and the 12 th Plan has embarked on a modest target to skill 80 million people by the year Along with the need to develop skilled professionals, there is also a simultaneous need to align the education systems with skills development of the country. An effective alignment requires the formulation and development of National Occupational Standards. The CET-AIMI is stand for Centre for Education and Technology- Asian International Skill development Institute (M-Movable/Mobile). The CET-AIMI Institute of Skill Development is an initiative focused on imparting demand driven market relevant courses in the light of the following concept "Learn today and earn tomorrow" in order to broaden the base of capacity building and workforce development. It is no secret that the "Skill Gap" is marked as the main obstacle in the area of entry level employment. This is a reality even if one has high intelligence, sincerity and considerably good academic records. The CET-AIMI prepares a young High- Tech person to become skilled and industry ready so that he can move towards workplace. The CET-AIMI is working on his Mission to Skill India project & utilizes fund from the institute/& private for providing I. High-tech research and innovative trainings (short-term-1/2/3 days and long-term-3/6/12 months long training) at institute, II. Skill development Anmol Yuva conference (KKDBS) for the Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, Engineering, Art for B.Sc./B.Tech./B.A. & M.Sc./M.Tech./M.A., & class science students only and III. Skill training in a few of sectors as mentioned below for a mission to Skill India from our highly talented trainers & senior scientists, skilled persons from IIT, IIM, University professor, companies etc. The CET-AIMI is seriously looking his training/& skill knowledge partner, & associate (trainer),& collaborating with the Pvt. Ltd. companies/institutions/universities for the successful execution of the project in India.

3 Key Features of CET-AIMI *Demand driven 1/2/3 days parallel training/workshop short -term & long-term-3/6/12 months long training courses (Lectures, software and experimentation at a collaborating institute). *Anmol Yuva Skill development (AYSDC) *Optimum utilization of existing infrastructure to make training cost effective at premises and institute campus. *Consultancy, support in placement of students through our recruitment consultant from company & freelance The following emerging technologies & areas are as follows that will be our high-tech training courses: Radiation hard silicon strip & pixel detector designing, technology, fabrication, and characterizations, CMOS Imager/Camera chip for different application, Silicon drift detector and electronics, Readout signal processing of Si strip detectors for the HEP experiments, Simulation (process & device using TCAD), & circuit simulation for semiconductor device, mask layout of analog & digital IC, Semiconductor devices (FinFET, GaN, SOI Tech.) and applications, ASIC designing, Digital circuits and Systems (FPGA designing and programming), MEMS and NEMs, Si Photonics, Nano-electronics, Monte carlo simulation in particle physics, Geant4 detector simulation, FPGA designing, Labview, Information technology, Biotechnology, Accelerator physics & technology, Graphene technology, CNTs, Nanotechnology, Nanophotonoics, Bioelectronics/sensors, Proton computer tomography for the cancer therapy, renewable energy-solar cell PV technology & detectors etc.), Python programming, Big Data, IoT, Web designing, SAP, & entrepreneurship and leadership training with Soft skills/pd/image and many more as per the demand of the national & international market. Our training will develop the talent, skills, and knowledge as per the requirement of the students & make him leader in the sectors and we are hoping that after attending our training the students may be a good skill worker for the academia, basic routine jobs, and industry. The cities that will be covered for the skill development of our students in India are as follows: Lucknow, Noida, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Chennai, Mohali, Chandigarh, Shimla. The institute is having high-tech trainer, & Soft skill trainer/pd/image trainer from the different parts of India in the aforementioned sectors. The CET-AIMI will provide consultancy, & support in placement of students. After completing these trainings, the student will get a certificate of participation & our placement cell officer/recruitment consultant will contact the institute and company & will try to get a job in India and abroad (UAE, European county, UK, USA, Australia) as per his/her skills and academic qualifications. Centre for Radiation Hard Detector Research Institute (CRHDRI) In order to take enhanced step in learning about silicon radiation hard detectors & radiation detection instrumentation in India, the CRHDRI and Alibava Systems ( Barcelona, Spain have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the design and development of silicon radiation detector and systems for the Indian universities (central, private), research institute (public and private), Engg. College (central, private), companies (Govt., private) involved in the radiation detection experiments. We have developed an unique and innovative products; Alibava system (for research)- is a portable and compact readout system for microstrip sensor characterization, it provides information such as the Charge Collection Efficiency (CCE), time profile, real time display of the events in each channel, temperature, and many more, Educational Alibava System (EASy)- is a portable, compact and complete system for microstrip sensor characterization- It familiarizes the students with concepts such as MIP, charge deposition, full depletion and interstrip pitch among others, TCT (Transient Current Technique) for the research and education of students at Alibava Systems, Barcelona, Spain and the products are experimentally verified at our collaborating CERN, Geneva-RD50 institutes.

4 The Alibava Systems and CRHDRI can undertake design and development of new projects compact tracker telescope, customized Si detector products & offer particle physics, Nuclear, medical physics instrumentation to user specific requirement. Our mission is to provide technological services to the Physics Research Community (Particle Physics and Nuclear Physics), from readout and characterization electronics, to detector development and fabrication, including full system integration, mechanics, interconnection, and services. The unique concept of CRHDRI is to guide the job oriented projects (research institutes, industry, universities) to the college, university, engineering, & doctorate students in the different state with our partners (Company/research institute/university/corporate) in order to increase the employability of our students in the aforementioned field. DM International School (DMIS) The DMI school (Kindergarten School) is started in the year of July, 2013 & running successfully on the CBSE curriculum (P) with 75+ students and providing education to the our Play Group, Nursery, LKG, UKG only and an unique multiple skill scholastic and non-scholastic programme (CMSP) is arranging every year by CET-AIMI for the academic development of our students. The school is having qualified teaching staff (B. Ed., M.A. with nice teaching experience, N.T.T., Karate, & Yoga teacher) & equipped with all high tech facilities- High speed Win7 PCs in the IT lab, High speed internet connection (WiFi), Sport/play area, Seminar room equipped with Dell Projector, Software s, CBSE/NCERT school Cds for the digital education).
