3 Company Overview Delta SubSea ( DSS ) was formed in May 2013 through the contribution of Scott Dingman s existing consulting & engineering business (founded in 2004) and equity capital from CSL Capital Management. Dingman rolled over 90%-plus of his equity value into DSS. Following years of industry consolidation, Delta SubSea is currently the only global independent integrated ROV solutions provider. DSS is independent in that, unlike its ROV peers, it is not owned by a company that also has business units that compete with its ROV clients. DSS is integrated in that it offers project management, engineering, tooling solutions and CAD services along with its ROV services. The Company is led by an experienced management team who have spent their careers at leading offshore oil & gas firms such as Oceaneering, Helix, Subsea7, C-Innovation, Aker Solutions, EMAS, McDermott, and Saipem. DSS operates a brand new fleet of FMC-Schilling HD ROVs. DSS has a growing crew of experienced ROV pilots, technicians, and supervisors. DSS is backed by capital from CSL Capital, Longfellow Group (ex-oilfield CEO s family office) and Whitney Bank. 13 Supply Chain Control Frame Agreements Supply Chain is Key to DSS and Our Clients Delta SubSea has secured FRAME agreements with all key suppliers of the ROV systems and all critical components to insure our clients that DSS can delivery full systems as required on a timely basis and also support / service all of our systems in a growing and more active market with these aforementioned FRAME agreements. 20 DSS Tooling Solutions Flow Assurance EUREKA The radiation based density measurement tool has been developed to locate hydrate plug formations. The system is able to detect minimal differences of density on media flowing in the pipeline. The density difference from gas, oil, wax, asphaltene, hydrates, sand allows the system to localize with precision the location of total or partial blockages in the pipe. Delta SubSea and ZerLux are partnering to explore the high potential of laser technology in innovative applications like Hydrate Remediation. Laser Based Hydrate Remediation Technology consists of controlled and focused warming to create a relief path for pressure equalization and chemical flow across the length of the hydrate plug. Controlled pressure equalization is extremely important during Hydrate remedial operations. Controlled depressurization keeps the plug in place and prevents the hydrate plug from detachment and uncontrollable movement. The tool is operable up to 3,000 m Delta SubSea Best in Class 21

24 DSS HOS Bayou GoM IMR LCV The HOS Bayou is the newest U.S.-flagged Jones Act-compliant MPSV on the market today. Equipped with two Delta SubSea Schilling HD 150 HP work-class remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) from DSS s fleet of ROVs, the HOS Bayou is capable of performing inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) of subsea oil installations and construction support in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). In addition to IMR work, this vessel package is designed to perform a variety of deep-water services, such as SURF installation, decommissioning activities, drilling support and deep-water well intervention projects.
