In addition to during this module they present the normative requirements to be able to realize modifications and/or alterations to the aircrafts. In the second module, the familiarizes himself with the identification of faults, as well as to recognize the difference between the methods NDI and NDT through examples. In the module 3 the knows more on the topic of corrosion, chemical beginning, types of corrosion, Treatments anticorrosion and procedures for his reference. In the module 4 appear the different metals used in aviation.
2 2 The familiarizes himself more with NDT's beginning, realizing exercises to identify faults and to realize the location of these through methodologies accepted by the industry using the different methodologies that exist to realize the measurements of hurts in aircraft, presents the concept of mapping structural. In the module 5 the admits that there exist programs of supplementary inspections for such structures as: SSID and CPCP., presents the concept DSG (Design service Goal), LOV (Limit of validity) and Programs of aging AASR. In addition to acquainting the with the regulative and normative requirements to develop Documents of engineering. The develops a project using the concept of "card of work" (TASK CARD) to present a development of engineering where the technologies take form to diagnose a fault or discrepancy in an aircraft, applying the concepts acquired during the course. Purpose: This unit of learning has as purpose allow to the s of engineering acquire the knowledge about the methods of Nondestructive Test (NDT) and the methods of Nondestructive inspections (NDI) more used in the industry of civil aviation. In addition to acquainting it with concepts of training and practical application in the aeronautical industry, so that the contributes with the development of the industry, based on the application of the concepts of technologies of diagnosis in aircraft contributing value added in his professional activities contributing elements to achieve a sustainable society. Competences of the profile of graduate: a. Competences of University General Formation to which he contributes this unit of learning: This unit of learning contributes to the development of the following general competences Instrumental Competences Applying strategies of autonomous learning in the different levels and fields of the knowledge that allow him the capture of opportune and pertinent decisions in the personnel, academicians and professional areas. Handles the technologies of the information and the communication as tool for the access to the information and his transformation in knowledge, as well as for the learning and collaborative work with techniques of forefront that allow him his constructive participation in the society. Uses the methods and traditional techniques of investigation and of forefront for the development of his academic work, the exercise of his profession and the generation of knowledge.
3 3 Personal Competences and Social Interactions Practices the values promoted by the UANL: truth, equity, honesty, freedom, solidarity, respect to the life and to the others, respect to the nature, integrity, professional ethics, justice and responsibility, in his personal and professional area to help to construct a sustainable society. Integration Competences Achieves the adaptability that there need the social and professional environments of uncertainty of our time to create better living conditions. b. Specific competences of the profile of graduate to which he contributes the unit of learning: Investigates about the difference that exists between a nondestructive test and a nondestructive inspection, investigates the different methods (NDT) that are used more commonly in the aeronautical way recognizing the requirements of certification of the personnel besides which the requirements of training and formation, to realize the above-mentioned procedures. Analyzes and understands the regulative requirements as for modifications in aircraft, relates correctly the beginning and elements that causing corrosion, as well as the elements that exist to reduce and prevent it. Familiarizes itself with the most common types of hurts in aircraft, as well as the levels of corrosion that they present in metallic structures. It investigates the methods of nondestructive tests most used in civil aviation. He identifies the existing methods to realize measurements and relates these to criteria of acceptance or rejection, based on information established by the owner of the design of type of the aircraft. Recognizes the most common programs for the control of corrosion, besides the supplementary programs of inspections to the structure of the aircraft. Recognizes that it departs from the certification of the aircraft understands the structure of the aircraft has a limit established by design (DSG) and a limit of validation of the Certified type (TC). Presents a project where it applies the identification of hurts, his valuation, methodology of inspection, analysis of the results, proposed in a document of engineering that expires with the legal requirements for the technical studies for modifications or alterations that affect the design type of the aircraft.

5 5 Thematical Unit 1: Concept NDT / NDI Individual Competences: To know the nondestructive tests (NDT) and the nondestructive inspections (NDI), contributing examples and applications in the civil aviation. It recognizes that the normative requirements applicable to the certification of personnel with specialty in tests and nondestructive inspections. Presents the analysis of the applicable normativity on the technical studies for modifications or alterations to the certified type. Competence Elements The will familiarize himself with the concepts of nondestructive tests and nondestructive inspections, managing to differentiate the methods and identifying the regulative requirements to reach the certification as technician NDT under international standards. In addition to during this module they present the normative requirements to justify itself with inspector NDT, based on international regulations, beside analyzing the applicable regulation to be able to realize modifications and/or alterations to the aircraft. The realizes questions and discussions are opened on the presented topics and the realized investigation. 7 7 Thematical Unit 3: Corrosion and his effects in aircraft of civil aviation. Individual Competences: To distinguish the different types of corrosion that there affect the metallic structure of the aircraft and his components, identifying the types of corrosion, anticorrosive treatments and safety procedures to realize the removal of the corrosion, completing of the procedures of evaluation and determination of permissible limits. Competence Elements The familiarizes himself with the beginning electrochemical that they favor the generation of corrosion in aircraft. The identifies and recognizes the types of corrosion in alloys used in aircraft. The identifies the anticorrosive treatments, and the safety measures MSDS opposite to anticorrosive treatments. The familiarizes himself with the safety measures to realize the removal of corrosion, the type of treatments to remove corrosion, as well as the evaluation and the methods of removal. Evidences of learning The presents investigations about the concepts to checking during the class. The realizes questions and discussions about the presented topics and the realized investigation. The demonstrates knowledge in topics of corrosion, from his identification, treatment, evaluation and recognizes the methods used for his removal. 11 11 Teacher Profile: The teacher will have to have minimal degree of Engineering preferably Master degree in administration, with at least 8 years of experience in the aeronautical way, with firm bases in Aeronautics and project administration, being honest, responsible and with a professional verifiable ethics. Bibliographical card of the teacher: M.A Cristian Noel Montes Pérez, graduation of Instituto Politécnico Nacional (Unidad Tecomán) in the year of 2006, in the year of 2007 entering the Grupo Aéreo Monterrey where he as engineer of structures, realizing the design of structural repairs and major modifications for aircraft, By the ends of 2008 it is entitled unanimously as Aeronautical Engineer with the thesis "Technical Study for the implementation of an aeronautical workshop for aircraft 737". In the year of 2009 entering to Aero Enlaces Servicios as Engineer of Major Services, managing the projects of major service and repair of aircraft, for 2012 enters to Servicios Áereos Regiomontanos as person in charge of workshop where he collaborates with the strategy for the implementation of the system of management of operational safety, which for 2013 reaches the certification of the system before national authorities and months later the system is recognized and supported under international standards of executive aviation (IS- BAO). In 2015 complete in the Universidad Tec-milenio the Mastery in Administration with especially in quality and productivity. By the ends of 2015 parallel with his professional activities he integrates to the equipment of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL) he collaborates with the imparting of Air security class.
