3 AutoProces Syddjurs municipality took the initiative to create a platform for the municipalities in Denmark to support knowledge sharing about workprocesses andsolutions for automatization. It supports the entire proces from idea to implementation allows for easy documentation of saving relevant regulations and integration, and lets users review finished and current projects. Ultimately, the platform shares ideas, experiences and solutions between municipalities to enable collaboration and synergies. Held two workshops with participation of over 25 employess Conceptdevelopment in a co-creation proces Made final UX and UI in mock-ups

4 Danmarks Historien With a series of 100 books Danmarkshistorien.dk wanted to tell a different histor y of Denmark by focusing on the events. To accompany the book series we designed a timeline visualized as growth rings in a tree trunk. Concept development based on analysis and insights Wireframes Rethought the classic timeline into a different visualization Made an interactive prototype ready for the developers

5 Kære Krop, Svære Krop The Science Museum had a well visited exhibition about the way we perceive our bodies. But they wanted to reach out to many more. We helped them to go from exhibition to a digital learning platform aimed at all ages in school. Followed schools through the exhibition to gain insight Build a wireframe based on insights from teachers Tested the prototype on young students

6 BetBuddy feature for bet25 Bet25 had an idea on how to make their betting platform more social, but they didn t know how to design it. We helped them to visualize their initial idea in sketches and mockups in order to end up with an interactive wireframe ready for the developers. 7 Aarhus University How do you get students through their studies in the estimated time? That s an issue Aarhus University is continuously struggling with. We helped them in developing a new and innovative tool for their fight: An interactive and personalized timeline for every student. Made a whole new digital concept Made an interactive wireframe ready for testing Tested the prototype on students

8 Final design Casino Go Bet25 couldn t quite reach young people with their casino products. We helped them to rethink their existing products into a whole new concept aimed at the younger audience. The whole process was based on insights from the target group achieved through field studies and workshops. 9 Cosmo Coiffure How can a hairdresser continue to give their customers value for money after they leave the shop? Our answer to Cosmo Coiffure was an app that takes their great style and extraordinar y customer ser vice and translate it into a digital universe where they can book their next haircut, earn discount points and much more. Generated ideas for later concept development Drew sketches, digital mockups and interactive wireframes Made an app from scratch to launch on App Store

10 Adexi For Adexi we helped design a brand new website together with a series of different co - operators. We did wireframes and made sure that the copywriter, graphic designer and developers all worked in the same direction in order to accommodate Adexi s wishes and needs. Project management from start to finish with all co-operators Analyzed Adexi s wishes and needs as a guide for the design process Designed mock-ups ready for graphic design and development

11 Bet Café Bet25 wanted to expand their line of products and create a physical site for bett i n g a n d w a t c h i n g s p o r t. I n t h i s p r o ce s, w e helped them with researching the field by g a t h e r i n g i n f o r m a t i o n a b o u t s i m i l a r c o n -ce p t s, researching how users currently bet offline and watch sport, and finally we helped ideate on the new concept. Gathered inspiration by researching similar concepts online Did field studies researching the user and current sports/betting locations Ideated on the concept with Bet25

13 Design Thinking Workshop With participants ranging from Startup counsellors to teachers from various disciplines, we held a workshop teaching the ideas of Design Thinking. The purpose of this workshop was to give the participants the fundemental mindset, as well as a set of tools, that can help them guide others in developing solutions while understanding the problem space their designing to and how their product fits into this problem space. 15 Randers Municipality Even though a website has a lot information it can still be user friendly. We gave Randers municipality the tools for optimizing their information architecture on Randers.dk. Focus was on improving the menu structure to make an extensive site easy to navigate Had a dialogue on what to focus on when improving the site Designed a process for optimizing the menus on Randers.dk Wrote a five-step guide on how to run an optimizing workshop

16 Aarhus University In our work with the timeline for Aarhus University we held a series of co-creation workshops with both students and employees. The workshops gave us insights that uncovered the core of the challenges students are facing and the first initial ideas for solutions. Recruited students and employees from all faculties for the workshops Facilitated a co-creation process with the students Collected ideas in a report to Aarhus University

17 SimpleSite Mia and Helena from /et al. gave us a crash course Many of our insights origins from interviews with the users. So, when SimpleSite asked us on how to make a good user interview it came natural to us to pour out tips and tricks. Through a workshop we taught them what questions to ask, how to make an interview guide and gave them a handout for future use. in making customer inter views and did a fabulous job of it. Not only did they manage to cram a lot of material into just a few hours, they also made it fun and engaging with exercises and role-play to test out our first prototyped inter view-guides. After the workshop, we were happy, confident, ready to jump into it and equipped to continue on our ow n. 18 Portfolio workshop Many students are unsure when it comes to their portfolio. So, we arranged a portfolio workshop to give them some confidence, tips and tricks. The core of the workshop was a 3-hour design sprint which ensured that every participant left with one more project for their portfolio. 19 Global Timber Final design Global Timber is a wholesale supplier of wood to B2B corporations from Denmark to Asia that needed a new website to match their global profile. Inspired by their product s natural element and their great line of procucts we redesigned their new digital and global universe. Wireframes and user experience Wireframes Rethought their digital universe with their product s natural element in mind.

20 Municipal workshops Syddjurs municipal took the i initiative to create a multi municipal platform across Denmark so they all will be able to share digital agents and ideas. We facilitated and held two workshops to gather indsights and f ind the key elements for a cross municipal platform to work for ever yone. The workshops have resulted in mockups for testing. 21 MTIC Research The right food and the right exercise play a huge part of elderly peoples wellbeing. As part of a large EU fonded project, we helped MTIC and the companys involved by conducting research to a cross sectional platform to support elderly s wellbeing. In collaboration with Aarhus University we conducted the intial research at nursing homes and hospitals in order to know the users and their needs. 22 IT-MINDS Personas can be an effective guideline for your work and products. That was also the case when we helped IT-Minds aim their new product at four specific personas. By developing the personas, the end product became more precise. /et al. fully understood our concept and helped us cut away excess features, optimizing the flow and turning it into an extremely precise and functional product. 24 Bet25 Hackaton During our partnership with Bet25 we decided to have an internal hackaton, where we would spend the entire weekend coming up with ideas and prototyping them based on the theme was social betting. The end result were two conceptualized prototypes. A few months later one of Bet25 s competitors actually announced a concept as one of the two ideas. Researched the topic and structured a hackaton for our coworkers Challenged the norms of betting by generating various ideas and concepts Prototyped and delivered two concepts to Bet25

25 Actually, I don t think i know what a studyportal really is? Aarhus Universitet 5/5 request a menubar With more than students there s many things to consider when designing Aarhus University s study portal. We conducted a series of tests with representatives from all faculties to make thorough evaluation of the design before launch. 4/5 do not use their AU mail Inbox 5/5 expect an overview of their courses. 3/5 confuse Recruited students from all faculties for testing Facilitated user tests in a series of workshops Wrote a report with our findings and suggestions

26 Historical map of Denmark Danmarkshistorien.dk had a great base product: an interactive map that describes the history of the Danish empire. But it had some usability issues. We helped them to design a better user experience and update their design to work on all platforms. Optimized the overall user experience Redesigned to both mobile and desktop Updated the visual identity to a more modern look

27 Canvas Planner For a project management tool to be successful it needs to be user friendly. That s why we helped Canvas Planner with UX-expertise in the development of their product. We analyzed, tested and delivered a report with our findings. User tests on all touch points when working with the tool Redesigned the whole onboarding process Wrote a report with our suggestions for improvement

28 BfR A real design sprint with a tight deadline. Within just 14 days we went from an idea to a functional prototype that BfR could bring to Web Summit to promote their new product. Based on their wishes and identity we designed both graphics and interactions to three different platforms. 29 Bet25 Bet25.dk has a lot of information which quickly can make the site comprehensive and confusing. In order to give the visitors a good experience we redesigned their site in a simple yet effective design. Easy to navigate but still with all the information needed for making a good bet. 32 Lunden With more than 65 subpages Lunden had a very extensive website that wasn t very user friendly. We reorganized the entire information architecture and tidied up in need to have and nice to have information and shrunk their website to 20 subpages. Reorganized the information structure in a more simple and intuitive way Reduced the number of subpages from 65 to 20 Implemented the changes into their new websitesystem
