The device features ultra-low R ON of 1 at 4.5 V V CC and operates over the wide V CC range of 1.65 V to 5.50 V. The FS1259 allows for reduced input thresholds on the select pins. The device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-make operation.
