Fang-tastic Cup Cake Decorating Kit Designed By: Michelle Ueligitone September 2010 Here s a little basket filled with all the spooktacular items needed to decorate Halloween cupcakes. Instructions Step 1 Score the 7-¼ x 10-¼ piece of Basic Black card stock at 2 all the way around. Trim the corners off and cut up to the 2 score line on two sides. Step 1
Step 2 Attach Sticky Strip to all four corners. Take the two 6 x 1-¾ and the two 3 x 1-¾ pieces of Wicked Fun Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) and adhere using SNAIL adhesive. Step 2 Step 3 Fold up sides to create box. Take a Crop-a-dile and punch two holes on each end and put Pewter Jumbo eyelets through and attach using a Crop-a-dile. Step 3
Step 4 Take the 4 x 2 piece of Basic Black card stock and score each end at ½. Repeat with the 4-¼ x 2 piece of Basic Black card stock. These two pieces will create the dividers inside the basket. Place Sticky Strip on the ½ scored ends. Place the frosting container inside the basket for reference and attach the longer of the two strips from one side to the other. Once this is attached, take the shorter strip and half way down the first attached strip to the far wall just between the two Jumbo eyelets to create two little sections. Step 4 Step 5 Using a Basic Black Classic Stampin Pad, Whisper White card stock and the Fang-tastic stamp set, stamp a witch, Dracula, four cats and three pumpkins. Also stamp out the sentiment witch way is the candy? Color all images using the following Stampin Write Markers: Rich Razzleberry, Basic Black, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie. Punch out three of the cats and three of the pumpkins using the 1-¼ Circle punch. Using Basic Black card stock and the 1-¾ Scallop Circle punch, punch out eleven scallop circles. Using a coordinating piece of Wicked Fun DSP and the 1-3/8 Circle punch, punch out six circles. Layer five of the stamped images on top of each other and attach to toothpicks using Sticky Strip.
Step 5 Step 6 Take the remaining image and layer on top and attach to the top of the decorative sprinkles using Sticky Strip. Step 6 Step 7 Take the 3-¼ x 12 piece of Wicked Fun DSP and attach around the frosting container using Sticky Strip. Using the Scallop Circle #2 bigz die and a Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine cut out two of the larger scallop circle using the two 4 x 4 pieces of Basic Black card stock. Take the Extra-Large 2-½ Circle punch and the two 2-¾ x 2-¾ pieces of Wicked Fun DSP and punch out two circles. Layer one of those circles on top of the Basic Black scallop circle and attach to the top of the frosting container using Sticky Strip. Cut out the Dracula image and adhere to the top with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 7 Step 8 Adhere the remaining Basic Black scallop circle and Wicked Fun DSP circle with SNAIL adhesive. Place in Paper Cutter and trim a bit of the bottom. Cut out Witch, cat and sentiment and attach using SNAIL adhesive. Attach to the front of the basket using Sticky Strip. Apply Dazzling Diamonds Stampin Glitter as desired with a 2-Way Glue Pen. Step 8 Step 9 Take the two 10 pieces of Basic Black 5/8 Grosgrain Ribbon and attach through holes on either side to create handles.
