Meet Cue Welcome Thanks in advance for helping us demonstrate our new Cue CleverBot. We hope you enjoy the experience. About Cue Cue is a clever robot that takes robot interaction to the next level. Tired of boring beeps and buzzes? Communicating with Cue is as easy as chatting with a friend. Send and receive text messages as you share jokes, games, memes, and more. Four unique hero avatars allow you to choose the robot personality that is right for you. Receive one avatar for free and collect all four as additional in-app purchases. Give Cue more advanced capabilities by building powerful programs at the skill level that s right for you. Easily convert between block-based programming or text-based code. Create dynamic graphical programs to make Cue react to sensor input with lifelike behaviors. With Control mode, you can directly pilot Cue or engage any of three Emotive AI modes as you seek, avoid, and explore. Your robot. Your rules. Ages 11+

When powered on, this personality will introduce you to some of the robot s features and prepare you for the selection of your first avatar. The Cue app is not required for this experience. Fist Bump Help Cue test its proximity sensors and say How do you do with a fist bump. Sound Location As your new robot companion, Cue is a great listener. Help Cue test the 3 microphones used to detect sound and determine the location of voices. Mobility With four powerful and precise motors, Cue is ready to move, sashay, dance and run circles around you. Help Cue test the wheel encoders to detect movement and travel at fun speeds.

Need a charge? 1. Charging Cue If Cue needs to be charged, insert the included USB cable into the port on the right side of the body. 1. 2. Product Demonstration

Demo Tips & Tricks Robot Preparation Make sure the robots and the mobile device are properly charged. If multiple robots are being used, give them unique names so they can be easily identified. (Tap the Edit button after connecting the robot see images below.) Make sure the robot volume is set to maximum so the Avatar voices can be heard. (This is helpful in noisy environments.) App Preparation Familiarize yourself with the different sections of the app and know how to navigate to and from each section. (Refer to the Cue App Overview page.) Play through the tutorials for Chat, Create, and Code. This will unlock portions of the app and allow you to create your own programs. Familiarize yourself with the different Avatar personalities and be prepared to describe at least one. (Refer to the Avatar Overview page.) Recommended Demos Quick Demo - Show the key features in a short amount of time. Long Demo - Show complex or detailed features over a longer period of time. Hands On Demo - Allow the user to take control while pointing out key features.
