DVI-100 Digital Voice Iterface The Voice-Bridge (Smart-ISI)
The DVI-100 (Digital Voice Iterface) is a special TETRA termial, that feeds all received TETRA voice sigals to its Etheret (IP) port ad vice verse, without ay coversio to aalog. So there is o reductio of the origial TETRA voice quality. Additioal also Status ad SDS messages are forwarded to the DVI Etheret port ad set to a (ay) destiatio IP (ad vice verse). The DVI uses the Ope PTX Protocol (www.opeptx.org) developed i co operatio by the Uiversity of Dortmud ad Piciorgros GmbH
