GENERAL DESCRIPTION Th SGM4717 is a dual, bidirctional, singl-pol/ doubl-throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch dsignd to oprat from a singl 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It faturs high-bandwidth (300MHz) and low on-rsistanc (4.5Ω TYP), targtd applications for audio switching. SGM4717 faturs guarantd on-rsistanc matching (0.3Ω MAX) btwn switchs and guarantd onrsistanc flatnss ovr th signal rang (2.3Ω TYP). This nsurs xcllnt linarity and low distortion whn switching audio signals. Th SGM4717 is a committd dual singl-pol/doubl -throw (SPDT) that consist of two normally opn (NO) and two normally clos (NC) switchs. This configuration can b usd as a dual 2-to-1 multiplxr.
