Dimensions Very Vanilla Card Stock (1)11 x 4-1/4 (score at 5-1/2 ) (1) 3 x 4 (1) 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 Basic Black Card Stock (1) 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 (1) 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 Modern Medley DSP (1) 5-1/2 x 1 This classic card transforms the sketch into an elegant and sophisticated design that matches the original sketch perfectly. The strong pattern on the vertical background paper coordinates seamlessly with the subtle pattern in the larger background. A small pop of color on the focal point image adds just the right amount of color to enhance the color scheme. Instructions Step 1 Cut card stock according to measurements provided. Step 2 Score Very Vanilla card stock at 5-1/2 and fold to form card base. Step 3 Add Designer Series Paper to the front of the card. Step 4 Emboss the Very Vanilla card stock (3 x 4 ) with the Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder and then attach it to the Basic Black card stock (3-1/4 x 4-1/4 ). Instructions (continued) Stamps Creative Elements (WM: 128523, CM: 122647) Card Stock Supplies 101650 Very Vanilla 121045 Basic Black 126926 Modern Medley Designer Series Paper Step 6 Stamp the images with Black Stazon & Summer Starfruit ink on the Very Vanilla card stock (2-1/4 x 2-1/4 ) and attach it to the Black card stock (2-1/2 x 2-1/2 ). Step 7 Attach this layer to the card using Stampin Dimensionals. Step 8 Add Vintage Designer Button with Glue Dots. Step 9 Tie a bow with the Linen Thread and use a Glue Dot to attach it to the button. Step 10 Add a Pearl to center of flower. Dimensions Pool Party Card Stock (1) 4-1/4 x 11 (score at 5-1/2 ) Whisper White Card Stock (1) 4 x 5-1/4 (1) 2 x 2 Island Indigo Card Stock (1) 4-1/4 x 2-3/4 Daffodil Delight Card Stock (1) 1-7/8 x 1-7/8 Pumpkin Pie Card Stock (1) 2 x 4 Quatrefancy DSP (1) 2-1/2 x 4 This bright and cheery card uses the basic design of the sketch with a few alterations. The vertical background piece is replaced with a subtle embossed design, while the square focal point on the right is vertical rather than slightly rotated. The circle accent on the left of the sketch is replaced with a beautiful bow. To achieve different looks in your cards, try different types of accent pieces bows, buttons, brads, flowers, pennants, washi tape, etc. Instructions Step 1 Cut card stock according to measurements provided. Step 2 Score Pool Party card stock at 5-1/2 and fold to form card base. Step 3 Dry Emboss Whisper White card stock with Needlepoint Border Embossing Folder as shown. Adhere to card front. Step 7 Cut apart Pumpkin Pie pieces as shown in picture below and back behind sentiment. Layer these onto Daffodil Delight square. Adhere this layer to card front with Dimensionals. Step 8 Finish with bow tied with the Daffodil Delight stitched grosgrain ribbon. Dimensions Whisper White Card Stock (1) 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 (score at 4-1/4 ) This fun and playful card puts a twist on the sketch by changing the larger background layer to the focal point, while the smaller square in the design becomes an accent with two coordinating pennant pieces. Additionally, the card s orientation is rotated from portrait to landscape. Changing the orientation of a sketch is a great way to get even more designs from one sketch. With each rotation, you get a whole new look for a card. Try it out and see what you come up with! Step 2 Score Whisper White card stock at 4-1/4 and fold to form card base. Step 3 Emboss Pistachio Pudding layer with the Adorning Accents Embossing Folder, stamp star randomly above the embossed line and adhere to card base. Set aside. Draw a very light pencil line on the 4-1/8 x 2-5/8 white piece of card stock and use that as a guide along with the Stamp-a-ma-jig for perfect placement of the tree stands. Adhere each tree with a Dimensional. OR consider stamping the starburst and cutting or punching it out, adding it to the top of the triangles for party hats! Step 5 Adhere Whisper White layer to Real Red layer. Cut banners from Designer Series Paper and adhere to back of Real Red card stock. Step 6 Adhere stamped layer to card front. Step 7 Stamp greeting on scrap white, punch with circle punch and add to front of the card.
