Punch a circle from the Myths & Magic Designer Series Paper using the 2-1/4" Circle Punch. 10. Adhere the mermaid to the Designer Series Paper circle. 11. Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the Vellum Cardstock using Stampin Dimensionals. 12. Adhere the whole piece to the bag. 13. Adhere three Metallic Sequins to the bag.
