10.4 Ramps he ramp generaor allows o conver sudden change of elecronic reference signal ino smooh ime-dependen increasing/decreasing of he valve opening. Differen ramp mode can be se: - single ramp for any reference variaion - wo ramps for increasing and for decreasing reference variaions - four ramps for posiive/negaive signal values and increasing/decreasing reference variaions Ramp generaor is useful for applicaion where smooh hydraulic acuaion is necessary o avoid machine vibraion and shocks. If he proporional valve is driven by a closed loop driver, he ramps can lead o unsable behaviour, for hese applicaions ramp funcion can be sofware disabled (defaul seing). 10.5 inearizaion inearizaion funcion allows o se he relaion beween he reference inpu signal and he conrolled valve s regulaion. inearizaion is useful for applicaions where i is required o linearize he valve s regulaion in a defined working condiion. 10.6 Diher he diher is an high frequency modulaion added o he valve s reference signal o reduce he hyseresis of he valve s regulaion; in fac a small vibraion in he valve s hydraulic regulaion considerably reduces he mechanical fricion effecs (e.g. due o cylinder seals). Diher frequency and ampliude are sofware selecable; he ampliude is auomaically reduced a high reference values (high regulaed flow / cylinder speed) o avoid possible insabiliy. ower frequency and higher ampliude reduce hyseresis bu also reduce he regulaion sabiliy.
