DRIVERS GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS MTL-B2B includes 2x 7-channel driver designed o conrol B6I/CBI opologies wih an inernal isolaed DC- DC converer per channel. Includes V CE monioring of each IGBT, providing he necessary proecion of his one in case of desa failure by sof urning-off he corresponding IGBT, and riggering an opically isolaed feedback faul signal, i also provides an under volage lock ou proecion o avoid rigger he IGBT wih insufficien gae volage.
