Please follow our layout EXACTLY. No jobs will be converted if this layout is altered. Cutting dots MUST be printed on every sheet. Dots should be located 1/16 out from each corner, very small, but visible. Placement of cutting dot is critical for best register. We need 1/8 wrap around on EACH edge for any bleed. We are not responsible for: Ink set-off, smear, crushed embossing or cutting dots appearing on the envelope. We are not responsible for any type of register problems. We are not responsible for scuffing or marks caused by the folding equipment. Please allow for waste. Please return our layout and a sample sheet along with a purchase order to Sales Service. 28
