Requ est fo r sea led bids for an addition to Be ave r Lake house The lpena County Parks and Recreation commission will be accepting sealed bids for the following t rades: Concrete/Masonry, Electrical and Plumbing to provide four additional single occupancy, handicapped accessible /restroom facilities and area on the west side of t he existing bathhouse located at Beaver Lake county park. l l bids shall be due on February 13th, 2019 by 10:30am. Bids will be accepted in the County Commissioners office located on the lower level of the Courthouse 720 W. Chisholm St., Suite 7, lpena, Michigan. 49707 or they can be submitted online at bids@alpenacounty.org. Concrete/Masonry: Bidders shall include in t heir bid all site excavation necessary to complete this project, provide any necessary fill materials, installation of concrete retaining walls on both sides of existing building, installation of metal door frames, top si ll plate and gasket, and all other materials and labor necessary to complete this addition as shown on drawings. Bidders shall consider all notes and provisions included on architectural prints when preparing their bid. Electrical : Bidders shall include in their bid all electrical permit and inspection fees, materials and labor to complete this addition as shown on drawings. Fixtures will include, but not be limited to receptacles, lighting, electric hand dryers and sewage lift pump. Plumbing: Bidders shall include in their bid all plumbing permit and inspection fees, fixtures, septic tanks and installation, materials and labor to complete this addition as shown on the drawings. The lpena County Parks Commission will provide the building permit, permits from the Health Dept. as necessary, steel doors and door frames and the complete roof structure. No renovations to the existing building w ill be completed at this time. General contractors shall have the option of bidding t his bathhouse addition in its entirety. Bids shall include all materials (locksets shall be Marks brand and capable of accc~pting a Kabba Peaks Preferred cylinder), labor, permits, inspections and any other costs to successfully complete the construction of this addition.
