1 31 / 39 / 59 Basin US-WF0813SCW / US-WF1003SCW / US-WF1503SCW 31 / 39 / 59 Basin Frame US-WF80X81C / US-WF100X81C / US-WF150X81C Installation Instructions Introduction Parts supplied - basin frame All parts have been fully inspected throughout the production process and only leaves our factory after a 15 stage QC process. Carefully remove the items from the box and check that all parts have been supplied. Installation should be completed by at least two suitably competent installers Before beginning installation, please check for any damage that may have occurred during transport. Improper installation shall result in loss of warranty in case of damage caused by impacts or rubbing against rough surfaces. The wall fixings supplied may not be suitable for your installation. You may need to source alternatives depending on the material and strength of the wall you are fixing to. IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions carefully before you begin and retain for future reference. We do not accept responsibility for any problems that may occur through incorrect installation. Installation notes (x2) 31, 39 Frame (x3) 59 Frame 31 Frame 59 Frame 39 Frame NOTES: The installation must comply with all plumbing codes including local codes and be installed by a licensed plumbing contractor. Assemble the parts on a mat to protect against scratching the surface. Avoid getting cement, grit, sand or masonry products on to the surface. (x8) 31, 39 Frame (x12) 59 Frame Protect and cover the items during installation, other tradesmen might damage them if no precautions are taken. INSTALLATION: Remember to turn off the mains water supply before connecting to any existing pipe work or doing any maintenance. WARNING! Please check for any hidden pipes and cables, electric or otherwise before drilling holes in a wall or floor. 3 1 Installation - basin frame Please make sure you have the correct basin suitable for the basin frame. 2 Center leg, 59 Frame ONLY. Fit both front rails to the center leg, screw side rail into front rails through rear of center leg ensuring threaded front rail is facing forwards. 3 Right hand leg. Fit front rail to side of right hand leg, screw side rail into front rail through rear of right hand leg. Left hand leg. 4 5 Fit front rail to side of left hand leg, screw side rail into front rail through rear of left hand leg. Fit rear supports to side rails ensuring vertical alignment, secure with grub screws. Fit wall brackets to side rails and secure with grub screws. 2 3 /4

4 6 Determine the final installation position and mark the wall fixing hole positions in pencil. Please make sure the frame is 7 level, if required adjust the leg pins. Using a 1 / 4 drill bit drill the required holes on the marked positions. Note: In the event that the wall fixings supplied being inappropriate for the wall, please source alternatives. 1 /4 (x8) 31 / 39 Frame (x12) 59 Frame 8 Fix the brackets onto the wall using the screws provided. Fix the support nylons to the adapters using the screws. Fit the 9 adapters to the legs and rear supports and secure with grub screws. Place the basin in position ensuring that it is level. Mark the basin fixing holes on the finished wall. Underside view of fixing holes

5 10 Move the basin aside. Drill 1/4 holes at the marked locations. 11 Install the hanger bolts so they extend 11/2 beyond the finished wall. 1 1 /2 12 Position the basin on the frame so the hanger bolts extend through the fixing holes. Secure the basin using cap nuts and washers, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! 13 Apply sealant. Underside view of fixing holes

6 14 Fit overflow cap. 1 Installation - basin wall Mark the horizontal centerline on the wall Basin and 39 Basin. Mark the basin fixing holes on the finished wall. 33 +/-2

7 59 Basin. 4 Mark the basin fixing holes on the finished wall. 5 Drill 1/4 holes at the marked locations /2 Install the hanger bolts so they extend 11/2 beyond the 6 finished wall. 7 Position the basin on the hanger bolts through the fixibg holes. Level and secure the basin using cap nuts and washers. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! 1 1 /2 Underside view of fixing holes

8 8 Apply Sealant 9 Fit overflow cap. Frame Care of your product Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces. Basin Always test your cleaning solution on a concealed area before applying to the entire surface. Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaner. Do not allow cleaners to soak on surfaces. Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces. Be careful not to leave staining materials in contact with the surface for extended periods of time. Regularly wipe down basin surface and dry with soft cloth.
