2 Interplastic Roger Żółtowski is a private enterprise with roots in a small family business founded in With time it has been transformed and expanded into a modern plant producing sports goods, building elevations, and developing various products made of plastic, laminate and metal all using the latest technology and machinery. In 2004 the move into a new venue enabled the company faster growth which resulted in many new products and solutions. The new products come with our own brands FOORO (football, handball, volleyball or basketball) and UNIBROS (floorball). We put all our heart and innovative spirit into working with prototypes and solutions to suit the needs of individual investors and users of sport facilities. The launching of every new product is a challenge we enjoy. An important sphere of our activities is supplying equipment and services to newly built and existing arenas and sports objects. This year Interplastic has been entrusted with supplying the necessary equipment for Men s Championship Eurobasket 2009 and Women s Volleyball Championship. Our latest achievements include the installation of score boards and basketball backstops for Men Eurobasket 2009 championship in 3 arenas in Poland: Spodek Arena in Katowice, Łódź Arena, newly built, and Hala Stulecia in Wrocław. 4 Football Goals Football goals made of oval profile FOOTBALL Goals Goal frame is made of aluminium profile 120 mm x 100 mm with internal ribbing preventing deformation, in accordance with PN-EN 748 (the smallest deflection under its own weight). Foldable goal frame, joined with aluminium connectors. Powder coated - silver (RAL 9006) or white (RAL 9003). Back of the goal is made of hot galvanized steel or aluminium powder coated silver (RAL 9006) or white (RAL 9003). Fixed with goal frame using cold galvanized connectors. Goals type 2, 3,4 have side rails attached by joints to aluminium posts and additionally supported with a bar on aluminium crossbar. In the bottom part of side rails (4 pieces per goal) there are handles as well as plates and screws for anchoring goals to the floor. There are pegs/pins for fixing goals to turf which are made of reinforced hot galvanized rod with zinc-plated clamping rings - 4 pcs per goal. The set is supplied with replaceable hasps and hitches for attaching the net to the frame and back of the goal. In the upper part of the panel there is an aluminium frame with a lock enabling fixing the net with replaceable hasps. On the sides of the panel there are 2 hitches that allow fixing to a pole with overheight. The surface of the panel can be a great advertising medium. 22 Indoor Basketball Ceiling mounted construction BASKETBALL Indoor Ceiling mounted construction with electric drive Electric drive backboard construction is ceiling mounted in sports halls. It is intended for use in sports halls with a length of 36.0 m and a height to the bottom surface of the ceiling of 10.0 m. It is made of closed steel profiles (powder coated in any RAL colour), which guarantees complete stability of the various elements under applied loads. The backboard mounting construction is lowered and raised by means of wire ropes rolled on a drum of an electric motor with 230V voltage. After the backboard has been lowered it is arranged in a vertical position (height of the goal from the ground: 3.05m (or within the range of 2,60-3,05 m using the backboard control mechanism). Motor is controlled wirelessly with a remote control. The weight of one descendable structure with a backboard is about 250 kg (without adaptive construction). Depending on the construction of the sports hall the backboard can be folded forwards or backwards. The construction is made in accordance with the PN-EN 1270 and has a safety certificate B.
