It brings me great pleasure to be chosen as the Kee Café operator and I look forward to working with you all. During my 23 years as a chef I have tried to experience all that the hospitality industry has to offer. Starting my career in Victoria BC, at Truffles catering is where I worked my way up from cook to head chef in a few years. I have experienced everything from high end catering and weddings to everyday lunches for government and business meetings, cooked at a top rated Bed and Breakfast and supplied nourishment to University students in a modern cafeteria setting. During the past 8 years I have enjoyed myself in providing fun, delicious and nutritious food for the seniors of the lower mainland. Now I am very happy to be in the service of the seniors of McKee.
