1 Welcome to your Detailed Weekly Rehearsal Schedules!!! We are so excited about working with you all on Bugsy and we firmly believe it is going to be our best production yet!!! Please make the time to sit down and go through this entire booklet familiarising yourself with what is coming up so that you can be fully prepared. Have a look at each week and highlight when, and where you are required. Cross check with the cast list because many of you have multiple roles so make sure you highlight where you are required for all the parts you are playing. Also have a look at what scenes will be rehearsed. Our expectation is that all lines will be learnt off by heart, in advance. We are all going to have heaps of fun and an amazing time working together to create something magical. Every part counts, so do your part by trying to be super organised and ready to go! Look forward to seeing you all at our first rehearsal on Wed 7 th Feb from 4-6pm!
2 Week 2 Wed 7 th Feb (4-6pm) Initial Briefing (4:00-4:30 pm) The entire cast should be present in the Auditorium where the rehearsal process will be explained, important information packs will be given out and questions will be answered. If your role is not listed in one of the boxes below, after the initial briefing we would like you to give your costume sizing information to Mrs. Martin and possibly have some photos taken. This process will probably take about 45 minutes, so you can stay and watch the main rehearsal afterwards - or organise to be picked up from 5:15pm.
