Flight time and endurance depends on several factors such as wind, speed of the aircraft and the flow rate in which the liquid leaves the tank. In other words, carrying the full payload will decrease the endurance vs. a flow rate of 1 liter per minute will increase the flight time. Naturally, without any payload will maximize its flight time.
