DIO088x family has a gainbandwidth product of 4kHz wide operating supply voltage from.v to.v and broad output voltage swing. DIO088x consumes ultra low power with each channel 600nA of bias current which makes DIO088x be ideal for battery powered device temperaturesense device etc. Rf The DIO088x operational amplifier family is available in single (DIO088) and dual Rg VREF VIN DIO088X NonInverting Amplifier Gain= Rf Rg VOUT (DIO088) and quad (DIO0884) configurations. Furthermore the DIO088 is offered in the lead SOT3 package. All types of amplifiers are fully specified over the extended 40 C to C temperature range.
