The instrument is tolerant of liquids with small amounts of air bubbles suspended solids found in most industrial environments. Transducers SL1168 is equipped clamp-on transducers made with SiteLab patented technology, which is suitable f metal, PVC and other pipe materials, lined pipe. The transducers use robust material with the high perfmance piezoelectric crystals, which will high accuracy and good perfmance during measurement. At the same time, it's easy and convenient to install. Users only need to fix it on the pipe with the pipe strips, and setup the transducer spacing accding to the prompt of the meter. It only takes minutes to complete.

4 SL1168 Ultrasonic Flowmeter SL 1168 Ultrasonic Flowmeter uses advanced framewk configuration with compact design. It consists of five main parts: enclosure, LCD display, power supply board, PCB mainboard and operating panel. This configuration increases the reliability of the product and decreases the cost and maintenance as well. The convenient digital menu operation can easily be used to setup the pipe size, pipe material, pipe thickness, fluid type, output signal and other parameters. 6 Quick start setup Windows operating software is used f setup within 5minutes and f easy debugging and installation of the flowmeter. F example, with a pipe diameter of DN200, water, pipe material carbon steel, pipe wall thickness 6mm, no pipe inside liner, the SL1168 can be programmed as follows! 7 Transducer installation steps The installation of the ultrasonic flowmeter is the simplest one in all the flowmeters. Users only need to select an appropriate measurement point, input the parameters f the measurement point pipe to the flowmeter, and install the transducer to measure. 1. Select measurement point 2. Mark a hizontal line 8. Apply the second one with the same way 3. Select a second point on the hizontal line using the transduce r spacing displayed by the meter 7. Place the transducers on the selected measurement points.
