FACILITIES AND ACCREDITATIONS 3.1 FACILITIES All measurement facilities used to collect the measurement data are located at No.10-1, Mingkeda Logistics Park, No.18, Huanguan South Rd., Guan Lan Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China The sites are constructed in conformance with the requirements of ANSI C63.7, ANSI C63.4 and CISPR Publication EQUIPMENT Radiated emissions are measured with one or more of the following types of linearly polarized antennas: tuned dipole, biconical, log periodic, bi-log, and/or ridged waveguide, horn. Spectrum analyzers with preselectors and quasi-peak detectors are used to perform radiated measurements. Conducted emissions are measured with Line Impedance Stabilization Networks and EMI Test Receivers. Calibrated wideband preamplifiers, coaxial cables, and coaxial attenuators are also used for making measurements. All receiving equipment conforms to CISPR Publication 16-1, Radio Interference Measuring Apparatus and Measurement Methods. 3.3 LABORATORY ACCREDITATIONS AND LISTINGS Our laboratories are accredited and approved by the following accreditation body according to ISO/IEC USA A2LA China CNAS The measuring facility of laboratories has been authorized or registered by the following approval agencies. EN REQUIREMENT 4.1 GENERAL INFORMATION According to its specifications, the EUT must comply with the requirements of the following standards: EN 62479: 2010 [Assessment of the compliance of low power electronic and electrical equipment with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to electromagnetic fields (10 MHz to 300 GHz)] 4.2 LIMIT A. Typical usage, installation and the physical characteristics of equipment make it inherently compliant with the applicable EMF exposure levels such as those listed in the bibliography. This low-power equipment includes unintentional (or non-intentional) radiators, for example incandescent light bulbs and audio/visual (A/V) equipment, information technology equipment (ITE) and multimedia equipment (MME) that does not contain radio transmitters. NOTE Equipment is described as A/V equipment, ITE or MME if its main use is playback/recording of music, voice or images, or processing of digital information. B. The input power level to electrical or electronic components that are capable of radiating electromagnetic energy in the relevant frequency range is so low that the available antenna power and/or the average total radiated power cannot exceed the low-power exclusion level defined in 4.2. C. The available antenna power and/or the average total radiated power are limited by product standards for transmitters to levels below the low-power exclusion level defined in 4.2. D. Measurements or calculations show that the available antenna power and/or the average total radiated power are below the low-power exclusion level defined in TEST RESULT The measured peak power of EUT is only mW (-4.04dBm). According to EN 62479:2010 clause 4.2, if the average total radiated power emitted by apparatus operating in the frequency range 10MHz-300GHz is less than or equal to 20mW, then the apparatus is deemed to comply with the basic restrictions without testing, therefore the EUT is deemed to fulfill the requirement without additional test.
