All pole welds are ground to eliminate roughness prior to galvanisation. After being galvanised, the poles and brackets are sanded with power tools to smooth the surfaces and facilitate the bonding of the finish. Hess uses exclusively premium high-build coatings with exceptional bonding properties to furnish its poles and brackets with superior finishes, which are exquisite to the touch and sight, and which deliver maximum, enduring protection against the weather and corrosion, preserving their aesthetic quality for many years. Prep work and finishes are ISO compliant.

7 Versatile, multifunctional and easy to replace The versatile LEVO module satisfies the requirements of different roadway lighting classes and integrates into most pole top, pole bracket and column luminaires. The LEDs are on a replaceable PCB. A large-area optical component configured with a complex array of prisms concentrates the light and facilitates the rapid, uniform dissipation of heat produced by the LEDs, prolonging the LEDs lifetime. ALUMINIUM PCB 14 high-power LEDs produce light with superb quality. MULTIPLE LENSES Individually, the modules produce asymmetric distributions, but they may be combined to serve area lighting or higher illuminance needs with minimum glare.
