5 #About This Week 3D Printing and Production Design 9:00am - 12:00pm It is essential to understand how 3D printing is changing our life now, for which we design this course for young campers to experience 3D industrial design through step by step process. Campers will sketch ideas out on paper. Then, turn the sketches into a 3D model by 3D programs. Finally, with the help of 3D printing machine, students will bring their ideas to life and take them home at the end of the week. Book Printmaking Illustrators 1:00pm - 4:00 pm Camper will engage in the wonderful artistic process of printmaking, they will learn to design and print their own editions in this fun camp. For starters, remember to use organic tools as unusual as carrots or mushrooms to print, use leaves and berries as colors to paint, and use seeds or shells to decorate. 1:00pm - 4:00 pm Although children sometimes can be scared by the monsters and aliens in sci-fi movies, our previous history of art adventure shows that they enjoy recreating art with mysterious subjects like three-eyed aliens, Star War robots, Tyrannosaurus, and gorgeous sirens. Their imagination will be fully expressed with the help of a wide range of mediums: paper, watercolor, acrylic paint, clay, and etc. 5
