1 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SHUNIAH A G E N D A Special Meeting of Council June 2, 2015 COUNCIL ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE TOUR Commencing in Council Chambers at 420 Leslie Ave Travelling through Macgregor and McTavish Townships The purpose of this Special Meeting is to review and discuss roads and infrastructure within the Municipality of Shuniah via a hands on site inspection of various roads and infrastructure within Shuniah. Interested parties who wish to ride along with Council must inform the Clerk by Monday at 4:30. You must arrive by 8:15 am Tuesday June 2, 2015 in Council Chambers, 420 Leslie Ave. For those interested in participating in any of the site visits the times noted are subject to change and are estimated. If you are interested in attending any of the sites during the Council meeting please call the Clerk s office for up to date arrival times at the noted locations. 1. Call To Order 8:30 am 2.
