2 First, this is currently working project that is not managed properly nor do they have the expertise to run a project like this one. It does not have the proper processing plant to effectively recover the diamonds (losing 50%+/-). So, it is necessary to upgrade the plant. These properties are in the most Diamondiferous area of Brazil (Juina) and very famous. On one of these properties using archaic washing systems (jigs) which recovery rate is less than 50% losing the majority of the large diamonds they recovered 119,000 carats (officially) for the mining season. In the geological reports the reserves are 12,600,000+ carats of diamonds (1.65 carats per m3 and this is placer mining) which does not include the 7 kimberlitic anomalies (kimberlite pipes that diamonds are created in) which are running (unofficially) 25 to 35 carats a m3. To do kimberlite mining requires a very large investment at least $50,000,000 US Dollars and just the geological work that must be done first is $5,000,000 US +/-. If you do the geological work you can get a major to do a J/V with you and this is what I would do out the profits of the placer mining work. The 12,000,000+ carats are for the most part lower grade diamonds in the $30 per carat price range and with that said; there was a 420+ carat diamond recovered selling for $12,000,000 US, a 230 carat gem diamond selling for $8,000,000 US and this area is famous for its Pink diamonds which when cut/polished go from 10 s of thousands to 100 s of thousands of dollars or more. There was even one Red diamond recovered here which never was officially registered. A 1 carat cut/polished Red diamond is a million dollars and at last check there was only 32 Red diamonds with all the proper certifications in the whole world. Also, the 12,000,000+ carats of diamonds is not the whole property, but one area that the geological work was done on. There are more diamonds and geological work must be done first. The property 1,889 hectares under license with 800 of these hectares owned outright which will be part of the deal as well as being licensed for diamond mining. The infrastructure in place is Central Base Camp with approximately 1.50 hectares of area, containing: a LFA (X-ray Sorting House) with a Flow Sort recovering diamonds at a 100% level; dormitories, refectories, garage, storage room, infirmary, security lodge, etc. qualified technical and operational staff. 110 volts electrical energy availability 24 hours/day and specific generating groups capable of generating energy from 220V to 380Volts for garage and LFA special needs, as well as water for housing supplying, LFA, garages, office, with semi artesian wells with capacity of 2500 m3/hour each well (reservoirs of 25,000 and 15,000 liters). There is a telephoning system with DDD 66 (Long distance call), connecting all mines to the office at the Central Camp in Sector-1, and vsp Internet provider. The price for the above is $5,000,000 US Dollars. There will be additional equipment and startup costs to run a proper diamond recovery system that does not lose the 50% to 60% as they currently are doing now. The break down as follows:

When the plant is up and running it will produce 40,000+ carats of diamonds per month working a 10 hour day. The Juina region is famous for its pink diamonds, its large diamonds, sometimes a red diamond and Type 2A diamonds. Note: Type 2A diamonds which represent roughly 50% of production can be HPHT processed (High Pressure Temperature Processed). This means the Type 2A diamonds which are for the most part brown stones can be processed into top color white stones. So, if we invest more money to process these diamonds 50% of the production will double in value. With production stated above recovering 40,000 carats a month x $30 (not including the specials) = $1,200,000 per month - 40% operational cost (it will be less but this is worst case) = $720,000 per month of adjusted gross profit and this is worst case scenario. What this means the return on investment is roughly 13 months and this does not include one large or Pink diamond that we know we will recover. This entire project was invested in to bring one of the wealthiest heads of the energy Royal Family Houses in, to entertain cornering the diamond, gold and platinum concessions in Brazil, with the Brazilian Government.
