Currently holds the position of Senior Director, Consumer Marketing Strategic Innovations Group. Previously served as Senior Director, Chief of Procurement at R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJRT) from Had responsibility for $2.4 billion in spend across the RAI operating companies, includes direct, indirect and capital procurement. Directed teams in Memphis TN, Oxford NC, Santa Fe NM, as well as centralized indirect and direct groups in Winston-Salem NC. Member of RJRT Operations Leadership Team, and Operations Strategy Development Team. Global experience working as part of BAT (British American Tobacco) teams that supported Asia- Pacific, as well as North, Central and South American operating companies. Was part of BAT Procurement Executive Committee (PEC) representing Brown & Williamson Tobacco, PEC was responsible for setting strategic direction for BAT Procurement. Worked with BAT Global Procurement to develop and implement sourcing strategies around several global direct material commodities. Has served on the ISM CV board for two years, established the Emerging Professionals Group for ISM last year, currently serving as Vice President, working closely with Program Committee and EPG groups. 3 Andrea Harris, CPSM, C.P.M. Andrea Harris is a Purchasing Agent for The Babcock & Wilcox Company in Lynchburg, VA. Andrea serves as a current member of the ISM-CV Board of Directors and Membership/Marketing Chair. She received my MBA from Lynchburg College and a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University, a graduate of Leadership Lynchburg Class 37 and served as a Leadership Lynchburg Alumni Consultant for two years. Andrea obtained her Certification of Supply Chain Management from the Center for Executive Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In her free time, Andrea tries to spend as much time outside as possible. Whether it s hiking, running, or gardening, she is outside enjoying it. Andrea and her husband and love to travel to new places as often as our schedules allow. They are very excited to be expecting our first child, a girl, in May.

4 Charles (Charlie) L. Kirchhoff, CPSM Charlie (Triad Chapter) has been a member of ISM-CV since 2010 and has been a supporting member of the Emerging Professionals Group for the past year. He holds the C.P.S.M. professional certification. Charlie is a supply chain professional with five years of experience in the Tobacco Industry. He is responsible for 30% of Direct Materials spend across the RAI operating companies. Charlie is responsible for category management of the strategic categories of filter tow, purchased filter rods, ingredients and adhesives. In addition to these categories, he also manages other categories including film and tear tape. His categories span across seven manufacturing sites. Charlie leads the Reynolds American Supplier Sustainability team which is a cross functional team focused on sustainability within RAI s Operating companies supply chains. He also leads the Supplier Management Team for RAI s Operating Companies which governs the companies supplier risk mitigation activities. The Supplier Management Team oversees various cross functional teams focused on specific categories of which Charlie leads the teams for his commodities, as well. Charlie Graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor s Degree in Business. His concentrations were Supply Chain Management and Finance. While studying, Charlie completed a practicum with Caterpillar in Sanford, NC. Charlie is currently preparing to return to school in January of 2016 to obtain his MBA. 5 Faith Mathews, CPSM, C.P.M. ISM-CV 2011 Thomas Award Recipient Faith has served both NAPM-Virginia and ISM Carolinas-Virginia in the role of President of both organizations, and served in multiple positions on the board from Director, President, Vice President, Programs, Pro D, Membership, Strategic Planning, and Treasurer to name a few. Additionally, she has filled the same roles for the Richmond Metro Chapter during her many years of service. Faith has demonstrated that just holding a position is not enough to do when promoting the Supply Management profession; additionally, she has produced Excellent Results. Her 5 key attributes are Leadership, Dedication, Listening Skills, Expressing her Opinion after thoughtful consideration of all points of view, and a Passion for the profession.

6 Evan Nash, C.P.M. Evan Nash, C.P.M., CPHS Director of Purchasing, Johnson & Wales University Charlotte Evan Nash joined Johnson & Wales University as Director of Purchasing as part of the Charlotte campus opening team in In this role, he oversees purchasing and Supply Chain for the University. With more than 29 years in Supply Management in the hotel, gaming and education, Nash has opened many 4 and 5 Diamond properties, including the five-diamond Hilton at Short Hills. Nash s career in Supply Management included the Washington Hilton & Towers, Fairmont Hotel Chicago, Empress Casino Joliet, Hollywood Casino Aurora Illinois and a joint venture for Donald Trump and Don Barden in Indiana on Lake Michigan. Prior to joining JWU, Nash was the regional food and beverage purchasing manager for Grand Casinos in Tunica, Miss. Evan currently serves as Past President of ISM-Carolina Virginia, Chair of the HSC Committee for the ISM International Conference, Professional Development Committee for the National Association of Educational Procurement and Education Chair for the National Restaurant Association s Supply Chain Executive Study group. Evan is past president of the Charlotte Chapter of ISM-CV, former General Conference Committee Chair for the 2009 Charlotte ISM International Conference and recipient of the ISM-CV Andy Sutton award for most outstanding Regional Chapter President. Most recently Evan was awarded 2012 Person of The Year from ISM and The Thomas award from ISM Carolina Virginia s. He and his wife Laurene reside in Matthews, NC and have three children.

8 Cidna Unger, C.P.M., VCA, VCO Cidna is the current President of the ISM-CV Richmond Metro Chapter, running for a third (?) term on the ISM-CV board of directors. She is actively involved within the Richmond Metro area to establish an EPG Group with the VCU Supply Chain and Analytics Dept. Cidna is currently working for the Commonwealth of Virginia in Richmond as the Supplier Relationship Manager for the Commonwealth. Cidna s prior work history includes Genworth Financial as a Sourcing and Process Analyst and she retired from Reynolds Metals/Alcoa after 32 years of service, the last 15 years of which were in the Procurement/Supply Chain field.

9 Jeff Wengert, CPSM, CPSD Jeff Wengert is Category Manager and a Senior Sourcing Manager, Enterprise Supplier Management for Capital One, a Fortune 200 company headquartered in McLean, Virginia. In this role, Mr. Wengert manages all sourcing and contracting activities related to Capital One s retail bank Network Management group, including facilities management, design and construction, as well as numerous other internal retail branch and ATM real estate operations. Since joining Capital One in 2006, Mr. Wengert has played a key role in driving the use of enterprisewide supply chain solutions for Capital One s Corporate Real Estate and Retail Banking departments, leveraging the collective size and scale of Capital One s credit card and retail banking operations. Prior to joining Capital One, Mr. Wengert served in senior procurement leadership roles for Heinz, GlaxoSmithKline and AT&T. Mr. Wengert is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics. He is also a graduate of Duquesne University s Executive Leadership & Management certificate program. Mr. Wengert has earned professional certifications from the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD). An active member of the community, Mr. Wengert currently serves as a Board Member of the Alpha Rho Chapter of Beta Theta Pi at Washington & Lee University. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Beta Theta Pi, and is an active volunteer for the Central Virginia Food Bank and Junior Achievement.

Sean Williams, CPSM Sean (Queen City Chapter) is the Managing Partner and Senior Business Advisor of SMS-Advisors, is a trained Fortune 500 Business Project Manager, Experienced International Business-to-Business Negotiator, Supply Chain Industry Moderator/Instructor and Entrepreneur. Formally educated at Michigan State University in Business & Supply Chain Management in 2000, Sean also earned his Certified Purchasing Manager designation through the Institute of Supply Management in 2005 and was formally SCOR-P trained for corporate project management and oversight through the Supply Chain Counsel in Gaining vast experience leading cross-functional business teams for Fortune 500 firms since 2000, he has executed over 50 multi-million dollar business-to-business negotiations in North America and Europe. In addition, Sean has performed over 75 supplier pre & post award readiness assessments. His experience includes internal preparation, negotiation, and implementation leadership of one of the largest Pharmaceutical Facilities Outsourcing deals in 2010 worth $864MM which spanned across 8 countries and 25 manufacturing and commercial sites. Overall, Sean has held various Manager and Director level positions in Corporate America for companies including; Intel, MeadWestvaco, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Sean founded SMS-Advisors (based in Charlotte) and leads the advisory service team which deploys key fortune 500 business techniques to effectively start-up/manage business operations and finances for small businesses, as well as, provide Supply Chain Training, Supplier Performance Oversight, and Sourcing Project Management to Fortune 1000s. Sean s and SMS-Advisors business philosophies and consulting approaches center around continuous growth planning, integrated financial awareness, and relationship maximization. Sean sits on various Non-Profit Boards and multiple Supply Chain Committees including the 2014 ISM International Conference Committee.
