Behling recently returned to the firm after a one-year leave of absence from the firm to work as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Smart Sand, Inc. He has also previously served as an aide to Governor Tommy Thompson in both Washington, D.C., and Madison, Wisconsin. Behling serves on the Board of Directors of the Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation and is a member of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce. Past board service includes Angel on My Shoulder, a statewide cancer support foundation; the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation Board; the Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund; the Northwest Passage Foundation; and the Wisconsin State Fair Park Youth Foundation. He is past president of the firm and a former member of its Board of Directors. He previously worked for the University of Wisconsin System as a budget analyst and an assistant to the UW System senior vice president. Currently, Bradley is a trustee of the B.A. and Esther Greenheck Foundation, director of the Elwyn J. Remington Foundation and the May Family Foundation, and vice chair and director of the Marshfield Clinic Health System, Inc. He is a graduate of UW-Madison, where he also received a law degree. José Delgado Dates of Service: May 2014 May 2021 ( N240W1221 Pewaukee Road Waukesha, WI José Delgado oversaw the creation of American Transmission Company (ATC), the first multi-state transmission-only utility in the U.S., serving initially as President and Chief Executive Officer, and later as Executive Chairman of the Board. He retired from ATC in Delgado previously spent 27 years at Wisconsin Electric Power Co., now We Energies, beginning as an electrical engineer and eventually serving as Vice President of Electric System Operations. He has been a member of many boards, committees, and task forces, including the UW-Milwaukee Chancellor s Council of Corporate Sponsors and the School of Business Advisory Council.

Tony Evers Dr. Tony Evers was elected to the nonpartisan office of state superintendent of public instruction in April 2009 and reelected in Tony has served the students, parents, and citizens of Wisconsin for more than 35 years as an educator. He served as deputy state superintendent from 2001 to From 1992 to 2001, Tony was the chief administrator of Cooperative Educational Service Agency 6, based in Oshkosh, which serves 42 school districts in east central Wisconsin. Prior to this position, Tony served as superintendent of the Verona and Oakfield school districts, and he was a high school principal, elementary school principal, teacher of gifted and talented children, and technology coordinator in Tomah. 5 Page 5 of 15 Margaret Farrow s career in government began in Elm Grove Village, first as Village Trustee from 1976 to 1981 and then as President from 1981 to She was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1986, then to the State Senate in 1989 through a special election, being re-elected in 1990, 1994 and In May 2001 Farrow was sworn in as Wisconsin s 42nd Lieutenant Governor. As Lieutenant Governor, she served as chair of the Governor s Work-Based Learning Board, co-chair of the Governor s Task Force on Invasive Species, and chair of the Wisconsin s Women s Council. Farrow authored and served as vice chair of the SAVE Commission and was appointed by Governor Thompson to serve on the Governor s Blue-Ribbon Commission on State-Local Partnerships for the 21st Century, where she worked to advance reform initiatives that reduce the cost of government. Farrow also served on the Governor s Blue Ribbon Task Force on Passenger Rail. More recently, Farrow has turned her attention to non-profit activities, chairing the Priest Review Board for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and the board of WisconsinEye, and helping to create and chairing the Waukesha County Action Network (WCAN). Since receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Education from Marquette University, Farrow has received numerous awards from groups, communities, and her high school and college. She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Law degree by Marquette University in Margaret is married to John Farrow; they have five sons, all living in Wisconsin. Michael M. Grebe is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for HUSCO International, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of hydraulic components for the off-highway and automotive industries. Prior to joining HUSCO, Grebe served as a partner and Executive Committee member at Quarles & Brady, providing services in business law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has also served on the boards of various organizations, including Columbia St. Mary s Hospital, the Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, the University School of Milwaukee, and the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. A Wisconsin native, Grebe graduated from Dartmouth College and earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 603 Milwaukee, WI Dr. Eve M. Hall serves as the President/CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she is leading the renewal of the organization. She is a native of Milwaukee, with work experiences in Wisconsin, Florida, and Washington, D.C. Previously, she served as the Chief Innovation Officer for Thurgood Marshall College Fund, where she spent ten years in various national leadership roles impacting students and university/school district partnerships in several states. Other past leadership roles include Vice President of Public Affairs for Family Service of Milwaukee; Milwaukee Public Schools School to Work Administrator, reporting to the Superintendent; and Director of Governor Tommy Thompson s Milwaukee Office. Hall is the cofounder of the African American Women s Project Fund, created in 1999 and designed to provide support to organizations supporting the well-being of women and girls. The over-$200,000 fund is held in the Women s Fund of Greater Milwaukee. She earned a B.S. degree

7 Page 7 of 15 in educational psychology from Florida A&M University, a M.S. in administrative leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. Nicolas Harsy Dates of Service: May 2014 May 2016 ( 333 East Campus Mall, #3136 Madison, WI Nic.harsy@gmail.com Nicolas Harsy is a student at UW-Madison, studying computer science. He serves as the nontraditional student Regent. He is a member of multiple student organizations, including Wisconsin Superbikes; Wisconsin Gun Club; and Veterans, Educators, and Traditional Students (V.E.T.S.). Harsy served almost five years in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in He is currently in the Inactive Reserves with the rank of Sergeant. 8 Page 8 of 15 Tim Higgins, of Appleton, Wisconsin, is the owner and principal of ChiRho Services, a consulting firm that works with health care providers to improve patient outcomes, increase patient satisfaction and reduce total cost of care by promoting understanding and fostering communication among stakeholders. A community activist dedicated to meeting the needs of the Fox Valley, Higgins serves as a member of the Board of IndUS of Fox Valley, an Indo-American friendship organization organized in 1999 by members of the Fox Valley India Association. He has served on the boards of directors of the Family Service Association of the Fox Valley, United Way Fox Cities, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and the Local Emergency Assistance Valley Evangelical Network (LEAVEN). Higgins earned an undergraduate degree in economics from UW-Madison in 1977 and later earned a law degree from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. He has served two terms on the Wisconsin Alumni Association national board and earned the Alumni Advocate of the Year Award in James A. Langnes III Dates of Service: June 2015 May 2017 ( jlangnes@uwsa.edu James A. Langnes III is a student at UW-Whitewater, majoring in Finance. He has served in student government and is a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. He also serves as a Councilmember on the City of Whitewater Common Council.

9 Page 9 of 15 Langnes has interned with the Walworth County Sheriff s Office and has volunteered in the Walworth County District Attorney s Office. His various other volunteer experiences include working with programs that serve youth with mental and physical disabilities. Upon graduation, Langnes hopes to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a graduate of Badger High School in Lake Geneva. Edmund Manydeeds Edmund Manydeeds is an attorney with Richie, Guettinger & Manydeeds in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior and received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Manydeeds was appointed by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin to the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (now known as the Office of Lawyer Regulation), serving from January 1990 to December He was reappointed to the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility during its reconstruction by the Supreme Court, serving from February 3, 2000 to September 30, Regina Millner ( Dates of Service: May 2010 May 2017 Richie, Guettinger & Manydeeds, S.C. During these years, she founded two consulting companies and worked with public and private sector clients on a variety of complex real estate projects. Millner earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the UW-Madison School of Business, and Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Millner has served in leadership positions on the boards of several for-profit corporations. Her involvement with UW Madison includes past board chair of the Wisconsin Alumni Association, UW-Madison Athletic Board, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, Chazen Art Museum Council, and Chancellor s Advisory Board. Active in the Madison community, she served on the boards of Meriter Hospital and Health Services (chair); Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra (president); Downtown Madison, Inc. (chair); Madison Children s Museum (chair); Madison Symphony Orchestra; YWCA; and Rotary Club of Madison (president). Millner also serves on the Wisconsin Museum Task Force and is the Governor s Regent appointee to the Wisconsin Higher Educational Aids Board. Janice Mueller ( Dates of Service: June 2013 May Sauk Creek Circle Madison, WI jmueller@uwsa.edu Janice Mueller served the state of Wisconsin for almost 35 years, including directing the work of the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau as Wisconsin State Auditor from 1998 to Prior to her appointment as State Auditor, she

11 Page 11 of 15 served in various roles at the Legislative Audit Bureau, as a fiscal analyst at the Legislative Fiscal Bureau, and as an assistant to the director of the state s Medical Assistance program. Mueller has also contributed to many national, state, and local professional organizations. Mueller earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University and completed a management and leadership skills development program from the Legislative Staff Management Institute at the University of Minnesota Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. Drew Petersen ( Dates of Service: July 2013 May 2022 TDS Telecommunications Corp. 525 Junction Road, Suite 7000 Madison, WI andrew.petersen@tdstelecom.com Andrew Drew Petersen serves as Vice President-External Affairs and Corporate Communications for TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDS), the seventh largest wireline telecommunications company in the United States, with headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. Petersen directs the nationwide corporate communications, legislative, regulatory, public relations and charitable giving operations for TDS. He also serves as chief corporate spokesperson for TDS. Petersen is active in the civic community of Madison and the state of Wisconsin. His professional and community leadership includes serving as President of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board; at-large member of the American Cable Association Board of Directors; and Director for Park Bank, the longest serving community bank and financial institution in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a past president of the Madison Club and the Wisconsin State Telecommunications Association Board of Directors. Petersen earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Leadership Studies from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Laura Imhoff Petersen, and their children live in the Town of Middleton.

Data Group a marketing and data processing firm with 120 employees headquartered in Milwaukee. He is member of the Board of COA Youth and Family Centers, the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation and several other community organizations. Pruitt began his professional career as an assistant professor of Political Science at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn, and previously served as a member of the Milwaukee Task Force on Youth Crime and Violence and the President s Marketing Task Force for Macalester College, where he earned his bachelor s degree. Pruitt earned both his M.A. and Ph.D in Government from Harvard University. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Governing Boards of Colleges and Universities. S. 13 Page 13 of 15 S. Mark Tyler is founder and president of OEM Fabricators, Inc., a growing contract manufacturer in western Wisconsin. Tyler began his career with a Design Technology Degree from St. Paul TVI in Minnesota. In 2005, he participated in the University of Minnesota s Minnesota Executive Program, and in May of 2011, he received his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Tyler is vice president of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board and chair of the Governor s Council on Workforce Investment. Other boards and councils on which he has served include: Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce; West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board; Manufacturing Works/Gold Collar Careers; Engineered Propulsion Systems, Inc.; Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley; Success by Six; and the Wisconsin Technology Council. Tyler has been honored with numerous awards, including the FRCSCV 2014 Volunteer of the Year; 2013 Association for Career and Technical Education, Region 3, Award of Excellence; the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction s 2012 Business Friend of Education Award; and the 2007 CL Greiber Award from the Wisconsin Association for Career and Technical Education. OEM Fabricators received honors for Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year in 2006 and José F. Vásquez ( Dates of Service: February 2008 May Lefeber Avenue Wauwatosa, WI jvasquez@uwsa.edu José Vásquez is the President of St. Anthony School, the largest parish-based Catholic school in the country. The school serves more than 2,000 students, from kindergarten through high school, in a five-campus environment in south side Milwaukee. Vásquez has approximately 40 years of management experience in the private sector, county government, and education, including at the technical college and university level; he served as District Director for UW-Extension in southeast Wisconsin.

14 Page 14 of 15 As part of his commitment to civic engagement Vásquez has served on numerous boards, ranging from small community-based organizations to medical organizations, cultural and art organizations, and educational organizations at the primary and higher education levels. In addition to his service on the Board of Regents, he has served on the boards of the Wisconsin Technical College System, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and the St. Francis de Sales Seminary. Vásquez holds a bachelor s degree in sociology from St. Mary s University in San Antonio, Texas, and a master s degree in educational rehabilitation counseling from UW-Milwaukee. Gerald Whitburn Dates of Service: November 2011 May 2018 ( 827 Parcher Street Wausau, WI Gerald Whitburn is the retired Chairman and CEO of Church Mutual Insurance Company in Merrill, Wisconsin, the nation s leading insurer of Houses of Worship. He is past Chairman of the Property Casualty Insurers of America, the industry s largest trade association. Earlier in his career he served as Labor Secretary in Wisconsin and Secretary of Health and Human Services in both Wisconsin and Massachusetts, and he worked for six years in the United States Senate. A native of Merrill, Wisconsin, Whitburn received his bachelor s degree in Political Science and History from UW-Oshkosh and Master of Arts degree in Political Science from UW-Madison. He has also studied management at the Kennedy School and the Business School at Harvard and at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Whitburn also serves on the board of the River Valley Bank.
