10 Company News PRG Welcomes Tommy Ciccarone Jr. Principal Tommy Ciccarone, Jr. joins Precision as our new suburban branch partner. Tommy was born & raised in West Chester. Tommy received his BS in Marketing Management at Virginia Tech, and his Master s in Business Administration from Eastern University. Tommy is intimately familiar with Philadelphia & its outlying suburbs from an earlier career managing business operations of Parkway Cleaners which was one of the largest cleaners in the region. Tommy helped negotiate the sale of the business which included nine retail leases, as well as two sale lease backs to the new owners. His knowledge of the region, especially the businesses and people of the tri-state area, is extensive. Tommy brings a blue collar ethic and a dedication to his trade and his clients. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, land development and investment sales. Tommy and his family have been committed to hard work in their communities as well as their trade.
