In , I was co-founder of the South Dakota Advocacy Network for Women, and have continued to serve organizations seeking to improve the lives of individuals and communities. One of my current initiatives combines a personal and professional goal to engage Native American engineering students in infrastructure projects to improve the quality of life for Tribal members on the reservation lands.
