6 Participation Fee The participation fee is CHF 1 500, (CHF 1 000,- for one day) per person including electronic documentation, refreshments during the forum breaks and lunches on Thursday and Friday, as well as the forum dinner on Thursday. The registration is binding and the participation fee is payable within ten days upon confirmation of registration. However, the participation fee is refunded in full, if a written cancellation is received till up to three weeks before the forum date (at the latest by April 6 th 2017). For cancellations received after this date, no refund can be made, however, a replacement participant may be named. Early registration is recommended, as the forum sold out in recent years. Companies sending several participants (two and more) benefit from a discount of ten percent on the participation fees. This discount cannot be combined with other offers. Special discounts are also available for Ph.D. students, academics and members of the media. Please inquire with us. Hotel Reservations The ICF team will gladly assist with hotel reservations and several hotel options are available via the online registration. Venue The St.Gallen ICF will take place in the St.Gallen Kantonsratssaal (Parliament Hall of the Canton of St.Gallen). Lunches are served at the Pfalzkeller and the forum dinner will be held at the Einsteinsaal of Hotel Einstein. 6
