All the selected candidates have to report to Academic Section, Room no. 14 Ground floor college building on any working day w.e.f between 09 AM & 11 AM with two passport size photographs and character certificate (in the prescribed format) duly signed by Class 1 Gazetted Officer with official stamp (Format Enclosed) for medical examination and should join duty latest by failing which his/her offer of appointment will stand cancelled automatically. 2. Offer Letters will be handed over on the day of Medical Examination. No Offer Letter will be sent by post. 3. The candidates who were provisionally allowed for interview and selected must deposit the DMC certificate/caste certificate, on or before otherwise his/her offer of appointment will stand cancelled automatically. 4. They should bring all the original documents along with DMC Registration Certificate. 5. For OBC candidates: The candidates who were provisionally allowed for interview without proper OBC certificate and now selected against OBC post must submit proper OBC certificate in prescribed format, on or before , which is meant for the posts under the Government of India and also certifying that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer. The date of issue of OBC certificate should not be earlier than No further extension to joining will be granted under any circumstance, and waiting list will be operated. AO / SR.
