9 // The Team Rachit Chowdhary Founder & Director Neha Chowdhary Associate Director Paras K Chowdhary Rachit founded RCPL in July 2011 and has been instrumental in its growth. He has over 12 years of experience in M&A, valuations and project appraisals across sectors like hospitality, information technology and industrial markets. Neha joined RCPL in December She has over 8 years experience in business valautions and project appraisals in oil & gas, power, media and entertainment and sugar industries. Paras K Chowdhary is the Cheif Mentor as RCPL. He brings rich operational experience as he has been instrumental in the turnaround and growth of two Indian tyre majors - Ceat Ltd. and Apollo Tyres Ltd. She was Manager Business Development at Lanco Infratech recommending investments to create an oil & gas vertical for the company. Prior to this, Neha spent 5 years with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. He has been a CEO / Business head for over 25 years in diverse sectors such as tyres, telecom, plantations and carbon black. Previously employed with Zinc hospitality in an asset management and internal strategy role, he has worked with KPMG Corporate Finance Mumbai for 6 years and also at HVS International at their New Delhi office. Rachit is an MBA (Finance) in international hospitality and tourism and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Sri Ram College of Commerce. Neha was student of the year pursuing MBA (Finance) at Amity Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
