2 ANDREW BRATBY POSITION: ROLE: YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Executive Director Head of Contracts & Leasing 29 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: In 1985 Andrew started work in London with the Aviation Claims team at Stewart Wrightson. Following the merger with Willis Andrew moved to Ipswich to oversee the transition of Stewart Wrightson accounts to the Willis regional office. In 1990 he moved back to London to take up a role advising aerospace clients on aircraft lease agreements and other contracts that were becoming more prevalent. In 1996 Andrew was invited to join Marsh in a similar role and in 2010 was appointed head of Marsh s Client Advisory team. In 2013 Willis invited Andrew to return as head of the Contracts and Leasing Team. For over 23 years Andrew has been assisting clients in limiting the liability they assume under contract and, where liability cannot be avoided, ensuring as far as possible that assumed risk is covered by their insurance. In fulfilling this role Andrew has dealt with a vast array of airlines, other aircraft operators, lessors, manufacturers, airports, maintenance providers, lawyers etc. He is one of the most experienced people in this specialised field and serves on the London and International Insurance Broker s Association (LIIBA) Technical Sub-Committee.

4 PRINCIPAL - GLEN BRIGHTON POSITION: Executive Director YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 30 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: After leaving college in 1984 Glen joined the Gooda Walker underwriting management agency and spent the next 7 years within the group working with their various underwriting syndicates. His last 3 years of service were spent working within the aviation underwriting syndicate. Glen left Gooda Walker in 1991 and moved to a Lloyds broker, Alexander Howden, becoming an overseas marketing broker within the aviation division. He was involved in the insurance placement of some of the world s leading airlines and developed relationships that remain to this day. In 1999 Glen joined Stuart Emery at Aon Aviation Consulting, a unique practice within the global aviation market, providing independent advice on aviation insurance matters to the lease/finance communities. Glen joined Willis in January 2005 and Willis Aerospace Advisory Services was formed. He works closely with the specialists of the Contracts and Leasing team of Willis Aerospace. Each transaction Glen gets involved in is unique. The service he provides is tailored towards the needs of the Financiers/Lessor. Glen works closely with his customer s legal counsel to provide the correct level of support and will ensure that the insurance provisions of the finance/lease agreement meet or exceed the current market standards. When the transaction is finally agreed he provides a letter of opinion. Glen has worked on transactions involving over 250 airlines in every part of the world involving over 10,000 aircraft, from airline equipment to helicopters. He has provided insurance advice to the financiers of 5 aircraft which have subsequently suffered a total loss, including the recent Malaysian Airlines MH17 loss. He has spoken at many external conferences and is the advisor to most of the world s leading financiers and leasing companies.

5 CHARLES CROWLEY CHARLES CROWLEY is a Member of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the New York office. As a nationally-recognized authority on international trade and business law, Mr. Crowley has substantial experience leading and directing global trade and customs practices. He concentrates his practice on assisting multinational corporations with a wide variety of customs and international trade activities, including international supply chain security and management, intellectual property rights, import/export process management, antidumping and countervailing duty matters, unfair trade actions and anti-corruption compliance. In addition, Mr. Crowley provides counsel to clients on customs issues such as first sale and other valuation matters, duty refunds and tax/tariff reductions, foreign-trade zones and customs audits. He also advises clients on penalty matters and brings considerable insight to these issues as a former Headquarters Attorney with U.S. Customs and Border Protection s Office of Regulations and Rulings and as a licensed U.S. Customs Broker in good standing since Mr. Crowley currently devotes a significant amount of time working in Asia, Europe and North America, for various clients importing and exporting to the U.S. This experience enables Mr. Crowley to provide clients with comprehensive advice associated with the various aspects of imports and exports from our offices in Buenos Aires, Chicago, Detroit, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Miami, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, Scottsdale, Warsaw, Washington, D.C. Mr. routinely Crowley works in customs valuation matter relation to international taxation and Transfer Pricing with various external global professionals. Among his multinational clients are companies who import and export products such as aerospace products, food, textiles and apparel, electronics, high-technology equipment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive products, heavy equipment, steel, machinery, footwear and eyewear. Prior to joining Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, Mr. Crowley was the U.S. Partner-in-Charge of the International Trade Practice and Customs with two of the Big Four accounting firms for a combined tenure of 15 years. Mr. Crowley is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Bar in New York, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. He belongs to the Customs and International Trade Bar Association and the National Council of International Trade in Business, is a member of the board of the American Association of Exporters and Importers, and is a former President of the Customs Lawyers Association. His publications include the Import Handbook (1997; Co-Editor) and Export Handbook, and a bi-monthly column in the TradeWatch Customs and International Trade Global Newsletter, and he is a Member of the Editorial Board for the International Tax Newsletter. He is currently serving as a Director with the International Trade Committee of the New York Bar Association.

7 Joseph Esposito Mr. Esposito is Senior Vice President and Counsel at GE Capital Aviation Services ("GECAS") managing a broad range of aviation leasing, financing and regulatory matters and is also the general counsel of GECAS U.S. capital markets and M&A business. From 2007 to 2012, he was the General Counsel of GECAS Airports and Infrastructure business. From 2005 to 2007, he was Senior Vice President and Counsel in Aviation/Transportation Finance at GECAS and prior to that, he served as Vice President and Counsel at GECAS starting in Before joining GECAS, he was an associate at the New York office of Thacher Proffitt & Wood for approximately four years. 10 Alexander A. Green Alexander A. Green is currently Executive Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Aircastle, a publicly traded aircraft leasing company based in Stamford, Connecticut with a portfolio of approximately 140 commercial jet aircraft. Mr. Green s responsibilities include aircraft acquisition, leasing and financing transactions, as well as general corporate and compliance matters. Prior to joining Aircastle in 2007, Mr. Green was an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where his practice focused on aircraft portfolio securitizations, EETCs and other secured financings. Mr. Green received an AB in East Asian Studies from Princeton University and a JD from Columbia University School of Law.

11 Tom is a Director and Senior Counsel for Transportation & International Finance group of CIT Group Inc. providing legal support to CIT s Commercial Air and Maritime Finance business units. In addition to his day to day transactional support for the leasing and lending businesses of CIT Commercial Air and Maritime Finance, Tom has been involved as primary in-house counsel for CIT Commercial Air s aircraft securitizations, US Ex-Im Bank aircraft financings, and aircraft trading activities. Prior to joining CIT in 2004, Tom was an attorney in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman s Finance practice in New York.

12 Tina M. Shaughnessy Tina is an International Trade Controls Counsel for General Electric Co., where she counsels the different GE businesses on sanctions and other international trade matters. In addition to dayto-day counseling, Tina also focuses on auditing, metrics & policy implementation. Tina joined the GE Corporate Legal team after working for several years as an Export Controls Counsel for GE Aviation. Prior to joining GE, Tina was an associate in the International Trade practice group of King & Spalding, LLP. Tina received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her undergraduate degree (cum laude) in Political Science from Georgetown University. Tina is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
