5 Speakers Jakub Lichnovsky, PRK Partners Jakub Lichnovský is a recognized specialist in industrial development projects and investments. His experience and understanding of complex procedures required to develop a new manufacturing or commercial property have helped guide both individual investors as well as large multinationals in establishing themselves in the Central European Region. Jakub has managed to successfully conclude numerous large development projects in the Czech Republic, including, notably, a large greenfield industrial campus that involved an innovative job-creation state subsidy, a multi-building logistics site with a complex easement structure, a brownfield reclamation project for an integrated automotive parts manufacturer and numerous other shopping centres, residential and commercial projects. Since October 2014, Ondrej has been appointed to be in charge of the office in Shanghai. The main aim of the CzechInvest s office in Shanghai is to identifying investors who are seeking to expand their business activities abroad and providing foreign direct investment consulting services to the Chinese and Southeast Asia investors with the focus on the Czech Republic - the perfect location to expand overseas footprint. She has participated in preparation and administration of financial support programs for investment projects, which have been financed from national and European funds. She has also participated in strategic projects by the CzechInvest Agency from the aspect of financial support. Master in International Relations from the University of Economics in Prague. Page 7

He has more than 8 years of investment promotion and strategic investment project assistance experience. On previous posts, he was responsible for saving search in former Siemens VDO Automotive. He graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, specializing in Economic Policy.
