The notes aove are just examples. Gliss sloly up an octave and ack don. Repeat 3x total. Move up or don one half step and repeat. Continue to move up y half steps. Start on any note in the lo to middle register. Buzz the fisrt five notes of the major scale. Which scale you start on doesn't matter as long as it is all ithin your range. Repeat 3x total. Move up or don y half steps to the next scale. Completely close the end of your mouthpiece ith your finger or palm so no air can escape. Try to uzz as if you are playing normally. No uzz should e created; hoever, your emochure muscles should engage as if you are playing. Repeat -5x.

Take a deep, relaxed reath in and lo, targeting the air at your palm. Sloly move your hand aay from your face hile keeping the air focused on your hand.
