15 Hi, Heritage Quest Research Library is a small genealogical research library located in Sumner, Washington. Heritage Quest, the online subscription service, is not affiliated with HQRL. (hqrl.com) I think the answer to your question is as close as the Maricopa County Library District. If you have a library card, you can access Heritage Quest Online from home. The Northwest Regional Library in Surprise (what an awesome mural on the front) will be able to help u. There are some other databases available through Maricopa including ancestry.com which must be accessed from the library. Good luck.
