3 WELCOME! Thank you for giving this a try. I persona!y am fairly addicted to planners but o"en find I cannot maintain them due to time constraints or a lack of motivation. A"er so much money le" wasted on half-used planners and the research we conducted as to the greatest predictors of distributor success, I decided a we!-planned blueprint would be an exce!ent boost to the beginning of a new era in my life. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do! - Love, Vanessa Ralph of Nerdy for my SeneSisters 8 STEPS TO GETTING STARTED 1. Build out your blueprint with your 7 goals for the year. You can focus on a balanced life (health, spirit, career, education, etc. or you can focus squarely on your business (expanding rank, GSD, downline, advertising, events, stock, and development (for example). 2. Try and fill out 4 milestones each that would build to the realization of your 7 goals. 3. Each month, choose 3 milestones from whichever goal(s) you d like to center your focus on. 4. Track your stats each month! These can be miles run, books read, and loads of laundry completed or # of Facebook group members, net profit, and new distributors if you want to be more business focused. It is important that you put both the numbers you currently have AND how much they have increased or decreased since last month. Seeing the change is much more relevant that the #. 5. Each week, plan 3 habits that could better your chances of completing your goals to track (ex. reading for 30 minutes a day, contacting customers, or finding events). 6. Choose one MAJOR to do per day. This should be the one thing that, if accomplished, you d be able to accept not getting anything else done (which will totally happen if you re at all like me). 7. Then choose three realistic steps you can take to get that to do finished or to state on other tasks. 8. Complete the weekly and quarterly reflections to evaluate, reevaluate, and celebrate your success. YOU CAN DO THIS!
