34 Frequently Asked Questions Q: Who can use the electronic signature? A: Both UC and CSU can use the electronic signature functionality it has been approved by both legal groups. Q: How much does the electronic signature cost? A: There is no document signing cost. The electronic signature feature is automatically included in our agreement with the software provider of CalUsource. Q: How do I request someone be added as a signatory? A: If you cannot add someone to as a signatory to your contract, this likely means they are not set up to sign. Please contact the CalUsource Help Desk to request they be set up as a signatory. Q: How many signatures does CalUsource support? A: CalUsource supports a maximum of three signatures for each party i.e. three internal and three supplier/external.
