If a prospect s profile is unsubscribed, this could be one of two things: 1. The prospect s bounced so the system automatically unsubscribed them. In this case, call them following the normal procedure. Update their corrected in their Contact Info and click Save Changes..OR 2. The prospect unsubscribed themselves. In this case, call them and text them one time and then manually move them to the Not Qualified tab. Text Them in the OTB APP.Text Name: Trying to Reach you This is the Text: Hi (Prospect Name), this is (Your Full Name) I received your application you submitted to work at home. We have 1000s applying.to insure you get your telephone interview.you need to call us back within 24hrs. Have not Reached Prospect in 4 days: Voic Message: Hi (Prospect s Name), this is (Your Full Name). I m calling you back about the application you submitted to work at home. We represent a global company, and I have been attempting to reach you for the last few days. I hope everything is ok with you and your family. It will be your responsibility to get back in touch with me to schedule your Interview. My number is (Say Your Phone Number Slowly). Now, I can t guarantee there will be a position for you; it will depend on how fast you get back to me. Again, my number is (Your Phone Number). Action for You: 1. Make sure to text them the Trying to Reach you Text that is above. 2. In My Contacts Not Reached in 4 days. 3. Manually move to the Active Prospect tab. 4. Add them to Not Reached in 4 days Campaign. You may keep attempting to reach the prospect to schedule an Interview. 1

We need to schedule your telephone interview. Please grab a pen and paper to take some notes.we will only be a few minutes. If they are driving: I legally can t talk to you while you are driving. Please call this number back that is on your caller ID when you park, and we can get your Interview scheduled with our global company. Action for You if they are driving: 1.In My Contacts, the prospect Trying to Reach you 2. Call them again in your next dial session later in the day. If they say they can t talk: I m sorry; I will not be able to call you back, as we have 1000s applying. Can you take 5 minutes right now so we can get your scheduled with our global company? If they still can t talk: Ok. It will be your responsibility to call us back you have our number on your caller ID. Have a great day. Action for you if they can t talk now: 1.In My Contacts, the prospect Did Not Schedule Interview. 2. Manually move them to Active Prospect Tab. 3. Add them to Did Not Schedule Interview Campaign. 2. 3 7. Great. Write that down on your calendar (give date and time of appt). Also write this down.for your interview, you need to call into (Give number) and use access code (Give access code). (Prospect s Name), please repeat the number and code so I can make sure it s correct. You must call 2 minutes before your interview...and please hold on the line. 8. Now, we do have thousands applying..and we are very selective as to who we work with. I want to make sure you understand, (Prospect s Name), missing the interview will show us you don t have the qualities we are looking for. 9. It s important to be prepared when you call in (give date and time of appt.). 4 Common Questions: What is the name of your company?: Online Team Builders ( and continue right on with where you are in the script.) Any Questions the prospect has.or says I just want the information : (Prospect s Name), we are a global company. We could not possibly explain what you will be doing in 2 minutes. We are scheduling your interview so you can get all of that information. It's OK if you don't want to set up the interview we have thousands applying and we are very selective on who we work with... Do you want to interview? (We are looking for cooperative people. If they keep persisting Disqualify them.) What to say to disqualify..i do not feel you have the qualities to work with our global company. So there is no need to schedule your interview. I wish you great health and wealth..(pause.) If they start selling you on why they DO have the qualities and become cooperative.then you may schedule the Interview. Does this cost money? (Prospect s Name), you requested information on having a business from your home and being your own boss. Your question tells me you are not ready to be your own boss, and you may not have the qualities we are looking for. So there is no need to schedule your interview..i wish you great health and wealth! Have a good day. (End the call) If you don t schedule the Interview Action for you: 1. 5 Tips on Scheduling the Interview 1. Follow the Schedule Interview Script for Group Interviews word for word. Remember the whole system is designed to help you screen people out who do NOT make a good business partner. That would be someone who is not a person of their word and do not overcome their challenges. (We will always have challenges that will attempt to hold us back from getting ahead.) 2. When in doubt, Disqualify.. Remember the prospect is coming to YOU looking to work at home with our global company. So it will be our way or the highway. That means disqualify the prospect if they are uncooperative, rude, ask a lot of questions, or are unwilling to fit into the times you give them for the interview. If you have a prospect acting this way.it means they are lumping us into other businesses they have looked into, and they think you are trying to sell them. Disqualifying them is the only way to shatter their perception that you are trying to sell them and help them understand you are a real company scheduling interviews. Plus, you get to pick who becomes a business partner with you. What to say to disqualify..i do not feel you have the qualities to work with our global company. So there is no need to schedule your interview. We wish you great health and wealth..(pause.) If they start selling you on why they DO have the qualities and become cooperative.then you may schedule the Interview. 3. Schedule the Interview for the same day. If it s later at night you may schedule for the next day. **Never schedule an Interview beyond 24 hours**. If they don t fit into the times you give them..disqualify them. Never schedule a time the prospect gives you, as they will think you are trying to sell them something. If the prospect is not making it work to fit into the times you give them: Say:. For the Interview you need to call (PUT YOUR CONFERENCE LINE THAT YOU USE FOR YOUR GROUP INTERVIEWS HERE). In that , tell the prospect to call in 5 mins after the hour. Name that Team Group Interview - Interview Reminder. Text Message to Remind them of the Interview Create an SMS Template to easily text your prospects to remind them of your Interview. How to Create Text. 1. Login to your OTB.under My Resources click SMS Templates. 2. Then click Create New SMS Template 3. Text name: Interview Reminder Group Interview Here is the Text to save Hello %%Bookmark =ProspectFirstName%%, this is %%Bookmark =MyFirstName%%, Reminder: You are scheduled for an interview Today at (put the time in the prospect s time) with our global company to work at home.
