Bonus Tip: Walking clients through what to expect on this call is usually very welcome; it creates a safe space, structure and starts to develop trust.

This session allows us to have the time to really dig deeper into how,, is impacting your life, talk about what you have tried that hasn t worked, have you share with me some of your specific goals you would want from coaching and overall determine if coaching together is a good for you. This is an (length of time) session and costs (price). Prior to this session I will send you six questions to consider that will help guide us during this session. I typically schedule these appointments on (day of week), however if that won t work for you I am happy to find another day and time that will work for both of our schedules. How does that sound?

7 7 Pricing Worksheet Strategy & Planning Session #1 Ongoing coaching price (This is how much clients pay on average per hour for your ongoing coaching) $ /hour #2 Multiply your hourly rate by the total hours of your strategy session in decimal format (i.e. If your strategy sessions are 90 minutes and your ongoing hourly rate for coaching is $100 per hour, you would multiply 1.5 x 100 = $150 (hours in decimal format) X $ = $ #3 examples: 60 minute strategy & planning: 1 x $ $125 = $ $ minute strategy & planning: 1.5 x $ $125 = $ $162.50_ 120 minute strategy & planning: 2 x $ $125 = $ $250 Bonus Tip: Having clients pay up front and in full for their strategy & planning sessions has them fully invested in the session and get comfortable with the idea of paying you for your time and services.

Bonus Tip: Walking clients through what to expect is usually very welcome, it creates a safe space and starts to develop trust since most clients are overwhelmed at this point.

What positive results will occur, will you experience, when you are at your fullest potential? 6. How will you feel if in one year nothing has changed? Bonus Tip: Sometimes asking question #4 can be moved up earlier in the call. This will often uncover very specific challenge areas.

Please spend some time and think about or write down your responses. You can share your thoughts with me when we meet. 1. What needs to happen in this strategy session for you to feel it has been a valuable use of your time? In other words what would be the most important thing you could take-away from this meeting? 2. In what ways do you see your ADHD creating challenges for you? 3. In the next 1-3 months, what changes would you like to see happen in your life? What things do you want to get done? What milestones do you want to reach? 4. How will you feel, or what positive benefit will you enjoy when you have made these changes or reached these milestones? Be as specific as possible. 5. Previously, what have you tried that has not made any long lasting difference in decreasing the problems/challenges/struggles you are currently experiencing? What has worked? 6. Finally, how will you feel, or what will things be like in a year from now if nothing has changed? I look forward to talking soon! <SALUTATION> P.S.
